Before we decided to stay at T9 I had a quick look at our room, which at first glance looked good - boy was i wrong. We were demanded to pay on arrival (most likely because they have previous experience with people leaving fast) which were a bit odd, but we did as we were told. The first thing we did arriving in the room was ordering food. While the food was being prepared we realized, the sheets, furniture and toilet was dirty (old food stains on the table, hair in the bed and a completely stained mirror). They promised to clean the room after we had lunch as we were really hungry. When the food arrived my coffee was made with old milk and we found hair in the food plus our fries were cold. After lunch it took the several times to clean room, but in end the room reach an acceptable condition. The worst thing however was the way the manager schooled the cleaning and food staff in front of us with no kind of responsibility taking them selves. Whenever we were around the lobby the staff (lead by managers would point and laugh at us). I have never experience such an uncomfortable atmosphere at a hotel in my life and on top of that it was totally overpriced.
