Very well located. We can just walk down to the Taj. Hotel is very clean and has all the basic amenities. However there internet connections in the room weren't working. Food isn't great, but there are lots of options within walking distance. However it was an excellent budget option.
Access: Need to cross the whole traffic burnt City in order to reach the Location. Location of the hotel is very near to the East Gate of entrance to the Taj Mahal. The road on which the hotel is located is very wide, neat and clean. Parking: Parking space inside the premises is limited to 4 cars and 6 cars can be parked outside in open space. Location: The hotel is in a very convenient location for the Taj Mahal. Very convenient as Ricksaw and Tanga were readily available to drop you near the Taj East gate, also called the VIP gate (although it is at walk able distance from the hotel) . The Front desk: The staff was helpful. The Room: The room was small but neat and comfortable. Nice and clean room. The bathroom was compact and reasonably clean (no bath tub though). Swimming pool: It was nice & clean however is good for kids only (awesome for a 3 star property). Food & Room Service: Food was average. Service was fast. Ice-cream was not available with them. Room service was reluctant to serve food in the room so if you are looking for a bed breakfast, there will be disappointment on the same. Overall: On the whole, the hotel is a good option for the budgeted for short stay.
Everything was o.k. except that we were not on their guest list despite our advance booking. Anyone can imagine when you have to hear that sorry sir there is no room booked in your name. Please check this out.
Good About this Hotel: --------------------- -It is very near to Eastern Gate of Taj. -This Hotel is very Clean. -Tickets of Taj Mahal are available at Reception. -Rooms are neat and clean. -The Staff was co-operative. -Bathroom was clean. -Provides free Pickup from Railway Station. Lows of this Hotel: ------------------- -Window of room is either not there, or is small, the first impression it gives "Will you be suffocated" -AC (Central) is not very effective. -The Menu / Food is very Expensive (for Indians) -Pool is very small but clean. Overall I would say that, even with these lows mentioned above, I would like to stay again at this Property if I happen to visit Agra Again.
The only advantage of this hotel is proximity to Tajmahal!! Rest all is average... I hve to repeatedly request the house keeping guys for simple things like tea bags, shampoo sachet etc... And very miserly they provided just one or two.. No provision of conditioner, disposable shaving kit, toothpaste etc.. Somehow my family didn't feel welcomed, the warmth was palpably missing.. The hotel's main thrust is on foreigners... Breakfast was average.. No fresh juice etc.. Food is otherwise a bit overpriced... I won't recommend this hotel... And the hotel doesn't provide free passes for Tajmahal as was included in my itinerary.. Overall experience 6/10

We stayed one night at the end of our India visit. The hotel is clean and modern, and the staff were excellent. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were a good standard. The room was clean and modern, although a little tired in places.
We stayed at this very comfortable hotel with polite and helpful staff. It is very convenient as it is only 500 metres from the East Gate. Our room was clean, complete with safe and had very comfortable beds..
We stayed just one night thankfully. I had booked and prepaid for a city view room and they put us in a room with no window at all. My husband complained and we then got put in a room with no city view, just a view of the back of the hotel so no view! We could not be bothered complaining again. The room was tired but adequate. Hotel is run down , hallways have holes in floor you can feel beneath the carpet. Room was superficially clean. The restaurant for breakfast was good, no issues there. The rooftop restaurant has nice view, didn't eat there but had a couple of drinks. Probably has the view the room we didn't get should have had. Hotel is in excellent location but price is high for the conditions its in.
We stayed here one night when we visited the Taj Mahal. It is very convenient as it is only 500 metres from the East Gate. The staff are very helpful with advice regarding the visit to the Taj, so check with the desk if you are a first time visitor. The room was fine for the AUD$67 we paid. The shower was great and the bed comfortable. Room were clean.A restaurant serves both european and indian food to a very good standard for the price. They do a very good Club Sandwich. All in all a perfect stay for Taj visitors.
We had been there for two night stay. Those were wonderful days . food was good , service was good. Door person Banwarilal was always smiley. Cleanliness , service, front officer service was excellent. Overall this is a good hoyel to stay near East gate of taj
