Very well located. We can just walk down to the Taj. Hotel is very clean and has all the basic amenities. However there internet connections in the room weren't working. Food isn't great, but there are lots of options within walking distance. However it was an excellent budget option.
Access: Need to cross the whole traffic burnt City in order to reach the Location. Location of the hotel is very near to the East Gate of entrance to the Taj Mahal. The road on which the hotel is located is very wide, neat and clean. Parking: Parking space inside the premises is limited to 4 cars and 6 cars can be parked outside in open space. Location: The hotel is in a very convenient location for the Taj Mahal. Very convenient as Ricksaw and Tanga were readily available to drop you near the Taj East gate, also called the VIP gate (although it is at walk able distance from the hotel) . The Front desk: The staff was helpful. The Room: The room was small but neat and comfortable. Nice and clean room. The bathroom was compact and reasonably clean (no bath tub though). Swimming pool: It was nice & clean however is good for kids only (awesome for a 3 star property). Food & Room Service: Food was average. Service was fast. Ice-cream was not available with them. Room service was reluctant to serve food in the room so if you are looking for a bed breakfast, there will be disappointment on the same. Overall: On the whole, the hotel is a good option for the budgeted for short stay.
Everything was o.k. except that we were not on their guest list despite our advance booking. Anyone can imagine when you have to hear that sorry sir there is no room booked in your name. Please check this out.
Good About this Hotel: --------------------- -It is very near to Eastern Gate of Taj. -This Hotel is very Clean. -Tickets of Taj Mahal are available at Reception. -Rooms are neat and clean. -The Staff was co-operative. -Bathroom was clean. -Provides free Pickup from Railway Station. Lows of this Hotel: ------------------- -Window of room is either not there, or is small, the first impression it gives "Will you be suffocated" -AC (Central) is not very effective. -The Menu / Food is very Expensive (for Indians) -Pool is very small but clean. Overall I would say that, even with these lows mentioned above, I would like to stay again at this Property if I happen to visit Agra Again.
The only advantage of this hotel is proximity to Tajmahal!! Rest all is average... I hve to repeatedly request the house keeping guys for simple things like tea bags, shampoo sachet etc... And very miserly they provided just one or two.. No provision of conditioner, disposable shaving kit, toothpaste etc.. Somehow my family didn't feel welcomed, the warmth was palpably missing.. The hotel's main thrust is on foreigners... Breakfast was average.. No fresh juice etc.. Food is otherwise a bit overpriced... I won't recommend this hotel... And the hotel doesn't provide free passes for Tajmahal as was included in my itinerary.. Overall experience 6/10

We were only staying for a couple of nights, but had a great time. Our first room was underground, and unfortunately opposite a couple of rooms with people that were very noisy and left their doors open, and also under the restaurant, so it was relatively noisy (the family were more of an issue than the kitchen to be honest), but we mentioned it to the reception staff and, with no hesitation or issue said they'd find us a different room for the second night. They had a room ready for us as soon as the previous guests checked out and even moved our luggage over. The hotel itself is really lovely, it was the best shower we've had during our whole trip, the rooms were rally comfortable, there is a fridge and safe and the beds were very comfortable, lovely soft towels, and nice beds. We weren't planning to eat in the hotel restaurant as they're normally not so great, but we were so late that we did, and were really pleased that we did, the food was exceptionally good. It was so good that we ended up eating there the second evening too. The hotel doesn't have an alcohol license but they do offer some lovely other drink options. The hotel shop has some beautiful products, some are a bit more than local shops, others cheaper, so pretty much balances out. It was too early in the season for us to use the pool, but it is really lovely and we did enjoy sitting in the pool area. The roof terraces offers amazing views of the town and Taj. All the staff, from the housekeeping, to maintenance, to doormen, to restaurant staff to reception staff, everyone was nothing short of polite and helpful. Everyone was really pleasant, friendly and did everything they could to help. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
We visited Agra in February`17 and stayed at hotel "Taj Resorts *4", because of it`s really close location to "Taj Mahal" complex and a restaurant on the roof. But we were also pleasantly suprised to find very kind and careful service. Friendly staff was ready to assist us in any situation. For example, they even helped me to surprise my girlfriend! Finally I can add that the hotel staff keeps everything very clean.
This hotel is lovely. Full of history and set in the area of the Taj Mahal. It's beautifully clean & nothing to much trouble. The staff are a credit to this hotel. If you are visiting the Taj Mahal this is the place to have a stop over night.
The room was good (even no windows). Bathroom have hot shower all the times. Room spacious with place to put our luggage. Rooftop is the best. Can see the taj mahal. One point down was breakfast. Nothing much to eat.
In fact this review is based on my group which was part of our multi-days tour stayed here(My opinion too). This is the best location to stay if you are planning to see Taj Mahal during Sunrise. Few minutes walk from Taj. Friendly staff. Thank you.
