We have stayed here for a day with our small kid, Very nicely served food, Good cooperative staff. Location of hotel was awesome. Only point of concern is weak mobile connection inside the room. I would recommend the hotel to everyone for a short stay.
I didn't liked it at all, room was sou dirty, there were a lot of insects on the bed. The room was near the street sou we know that it would be loud but the family of the manager was even louder. The bathroom didn't work well and we didn't take a shower because it was sou dirty. The food in the restaurant was not good.
Hotel Vrindavan is at great location ,this hotel is at walking distance from buland darwaja(gate),panch mahal and salim chisti tomb. For car lovers great news that this hotel got parking area which is safe and please don not park your vehicle in government approved parking because from parking area these monuments is at the distance of two kilometer so its better to park your vehicle in hotel vrindavan ,the owner of this hotel Mr. neraj is such a good person and always care about the guest
I visited the hotel in December 2014 ...was travelling alone...the manager of the hotel guided me very well for how to reach the hotel and was very friendly, apart from that all the other staff of the hotel was very friendly and served in a very nice manner. The food there was good and the the room also was very neat and clean....best part of this hotel is that it is located at walking distance from the main attraction of Fatehpur Sikri ie. Jodhabai Palace and Buland Darwaza and Dargah...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vrindavan and were made to feel very welcome by the excellent and attentive staff. The hotel is very easy to find. If you're coming in by bus from Agra, keep an eye out of the left hand window and you'll see it. It's about a 200 metre walk from the bus stand and it has a big forecourt for parking if you have a car. The manager was very friendly and helpful, pointing out the way up to the magnificent mosque and the palaces at the top of the ridge without trying to push guides, tours etc on us. He told us the cost of getting into the palace complex and that we probably wouldn't need a guide. Our basic room was exactly that. A very comfortable double bed, a powerful fan and squat toilet. There was also a TV but not much on so we didn't use it. We had a window that actually looked outside which makes a change from most budget rooms. The only issue with the room was the fact that it is an adjoining room and the people next door arrived at 11pm which woke us up. They then got up at 1, 3:30 and 6 for a spot of shouting and it was very loud through the thin partitioning door. We ate all our meals in Fatehpur Sikri in the hotel restaurant. The food was really good and the staff were very accommodating (I had Delhi Belly and wanted a few home comforts at weird times of the day). As we were checking out, the manager kindly helped us to arrange a rickshaw to the state highway so we could catch a bus to Bharatpur. Overall, a great budget hotel in the perfect place to enjoy the sights of Fatehpur Sikri.
