Room is untidy. Interiors of the room need refurbishment. The staff are very friendly. Having the nans with dal fry was more like eating rubber.

Hotel staff are fine but we had issue with power and generator was not working at evening and as usual it was too hot in Agra.

The hotel Ranjit is not worth staying for it's poor quality in all aspects. The worst is no warm water supply even in Dec month. The only plus point is it is closer to the rly station AGRA CANTT. One can get a much better room In Agra.

The room was not cleaned on second day even after giving the instruction in morning, In evening after requesting room cleaning was done but just in ordinary way. Bedding was not cleaned. Food quality was very good. No hot water was provided for bath for one day, stating no electricity. Travel assistance was good.

It was a stay on office journey night stay> Good Points: 1. Proximity to Railway Station (Agra Cantt); Which was major point to settle there, as I had very early morning train. Its a walking distance from Rly stn. and connected to rest of Agra. BAD Points: 1. Almost no mobile signal in most of rooms. 2. On electricity cut/ breakdown No AC. 3. Average maintenance

So we state twice, both as stop overs for a train, getting in past midnight and leaving very early am. First night we booked AC but got non-AC, next was non-AC booking and got AC. Room was filthy, didn't even shower because the muck was coming off the floor on our feet, squashed bugs on the walls and the sink was covered in something horrible! The bedding was alright though. We got in at 12.30am and wasn't very well so wanted to get straight to the room but the manager made us fill in very slowly lots of forms that he could have done himself. Also when we told him we would check out between 9am and 10am then came down at 9.50am he still hadn't photocopies the passports so we had to wait. The only positive is it is about 2 minutes from Agra cant train station, about Rs20 in an auto. The food at breakfast was also not very nice.

Ranjit hotel is a very very poor and fraud hotel; it cheats all the customers, please be careful. Firstly it is 500 meters road distance away from Agra Cant station, not 100 meters. They provide misleading information. Secondly the hotel is very dirty; all toilets are dirty; all blankets are unusable. Thirdly service is too bad. Most importantly the hotel people is always looking for cheating the Customers. I requested for a cab booking for touring Vrindhavan for Mr Meshra, Ranjit hotel manager, harassed me for 3 days; even he harassed after reaching the hotel. Ultimately booked a cab for me at 11.30pm so that I dont have any other option left at late night. The can travera was in bad condition and cab driver Girish (9927157696) was CHEATER & FRAUD. He waste a whole a trip of us. Girish (9927157696) is a very bad behaved person and always looks to cheat. I would recomend never stay or book Ranjit Hotel; also would suggest not to stay in Agra can area as that is full of fraud people; most importantly never take cab from Girish (9927157696) .

Visited agra during christmas and stayed at this hotel. - Very cold winter but no geyser facility (actually geyser was there but not working) - Bathroom and Toilet were not hygienic - Tv was not working in the room (not so good signals)

The only redeeming feature of this rather nondescript hotel is its proximity to the Agra Cantt. railway station. Stay here only if you have a train to catch early in the morning or late in the night, the reason I chose this hotel. I didn't find an AC room online so booked a non AC one and regretted the decision as soon as I stepped in. The non AC rooms are musty with furniture that isn't even fit to be sold at the flea market. The toilet seat was broken and the shower curtain had disgusting stains. The linen was so unclean that I didn't feel like sitting on it. Paid Rs. 300 extra and managed to get an AC room, which was a lot better even though less spacious. The hotel staff is untrained but helpful and polite. The people manning the reception, however, were so uninterested and lazy that it seemed they have been made to work at gunpoint. The hotel food is homely and tasty even though the service is extremely sloppy. For instance, the butter toast we ordered for breakfast was cold and we had to ask thrice for salt and pepper. Stay here only if you have to or if you are travelling on a shoestring budget.
