The Gwal Palace

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by GWAL PALACE during my recent baby birthday party celebration. Despite booking the event well in advance and confirming the details multiple times, the hotel failed to deliver on several fronts. The food was also not up to the mark, with several guests complaining about the quality and taste. But what was most disappointing was the service provided by the hotel staff. They seemed disorganized and uncoordinated, with several requests being ignored or forgotten. The event coordinator was nowhere to be found during the event, and the staff seemed unsure of who was in charge. Overall, I would not recommend Gwal palace to anyone looking for a reliable and professional event venue. Their lack of attention to detail, poor service make them a disappointing choice.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. The management seems to be absent. I made a huge mistake by choosing this hotel for my brother's engagement ceremony on February 12th. Despite paying for two stalls, they failed to set them up. Additionally, they didn't provide all the food items listed on the menu.
