One of the terrible Hotel in Agra One of the terrible Hotel in Agra

by Ajay R on October 14, 2016

I have visited Agar last week & stay there with family . I would suggest you guys to stay on railway station rather than this Hotel. No bad sheet, No towel , No toilet paper , very cheater staff . I have highlighted all this to owner of this hotel but he clearly said that I dont care customer & customer are every where. I can say that was my terrible night I ever spent in any hotel. They have taken room charges in advance because they dont have confidence on their service . Very costly food without any taste . AC was not working till night & have called many time to hotel staff but nobody responded us . I came to know that from one staff member that they intentionally switched off in mid night . I was feeling very shame in front of my family after staying in this hotel.

Avoid! Avoid!

Window wasn't even sealed in, just a piece of tinted glass propped on a ledge, letting all kinds of bugs in. No towels, no toilet paper & accidentally tasted water from shower (which was cold) and it tasted like sulphuric acid. Staff weren't even bothered apart from the man at breakfast and an elderly gentleman.

Painful Anniversary Painful Anniversary

by Sumit M on April 25, 2016

What a Hotel?? Such a pathetic stay. I stayed there from 22 April 2016 to 23 April 2016 in room number 204, Executive room. My First anniversary was in such a pain. I never thought that. I still don't know, why i continued to stay there. May be just because Taj Mahal was nearby. Such a stupid I am. Each and every staff in the hotel, right from the reception, followed by room service, and lastly kitchen was such a lair. somebody from staff was trying to sneak peak in our room. i informed to reception, but the guy in spectacles told me that no one can go to the balcony due to monkeys. I tried very hard to make them understand that there was somebody but they totally ignored me and indicates me that I am lying. Even Curtains were worthless, can't even cover the entire window. anyone can look inside the room right from the road itself. the room service guy was such an idiot, every-time he was coming for room service, without asking us he was trying to enter inside the room. I asked the bell boy who showed up the room to change the bed sheet at-least and mop the room but they ignored that. Morning breakfast was again a bad experience. I ordered Poori Baji and Parantha and dahi. As per menu, it was 4 poori to be served and 2 Paranthas, but they served me only one parantha which was in 4 pieces and dahi and 4 poori baji. When I asked them they have served only one parantha, the guy in the restaurant told me that both the paranthas was cut into 4 pieces. I kinda beg n fight with them to get another one. Lastly, the guy in reception on 22 April, was completely irritating. Asking for advance payment by calling in the room in every ten minutes. Totally Unprofessional!! Thank U Guys for giving me such a great moment.

nice stay ..bathroom could be better nice stay ..bathroom could be better

by sudsam02 on April 15, 2016

It was a nice 1 night stay at the hotel. Overpriced after discount also. Go for executive, its fine. All other rooms are bad. Need to maintain the bathroom and ac. As found online the bathrooms of lesser priced hotels are better then this hotel like the seven hills tower or atulya taj , saw these on tripadvisor found them nice. Staff over here in this hotel was nice, they helped us a lot. Hassle free check in at 4 or 5 in the morning. Didn't tried the food so can't say about it. Very close to taj mahal and agra fort. They can arrange taxi for you if you need. Staff shown courtesy gave wake up call without even saying for it at 7:30 asked for breakfast. Called at night to ask us for dinner. It was a fine experience just please guys focus on bathroom renovation ac and yeah curtains of your executive room as their can be peeps blackout curtains arranged in a way that their are no peeps will do. All and all good for a day or 2.
