Our three night stay was good in Le Meridien. Classic King room was very fine & comfortable.

At first I would like to mention that I am a hotelier and my way judging a hotel and its services can be critical at times. The mere feeling as soon as you enter the lobby is quite satisfying. The entire team at the hotel is focused and the processes are well aligned. I must mention that Mr. Patu Keswani 's initiative of giving an opportunity to differently abled to serve in hospitality is an ideal example of an EQUAL OPPORTUNITY employer. Kamlesh at Front Office is the one who is differently abled YET so passionate about his role as a Bell Boy. He made me feel that being hospitable is completely about how one behaves and is felt without even uttering a word. I would also like to mention that Vijay the "Hotel Manager" is excellent, warm and strong at interpersonal skills. I am sure he also a good leader. Restaurants are good BUT room service is a little slow. House-keeping is impeccable and the over all feel of the property is GOOD. Will love to stay again and again ! All the best to the team at Lemon Tree Premier, Ahmadabad.

The best hotel near sabarmati river....excellent stay and breakfast buffet is very delicious...hotel room is large and spacious...hotel staff is very cooperative....very nice and pleasent stay....hotel is near to airport and railway station...food is delicious...the brand has maintained it's name to fullest...all major visiting sightseeing is near to the hotel

We needed a couple of rooms for an early morning flight. When we arrived we were seen to prompt and given rooms at the top. The first room stank of smoke but the second was fine . One of our party had limited mobility and so it was really important to have working phones between rooms. The reception had to be told repeatedly to come and spray the rooms to get rid of the smell ( we asked for non-smoking rooms ) and to fix the phone. a few hours later the 3rd set of telephone engineers had to be pushed out of the room so we could get some sleep. This badly needed sleep was disturbed as was the sound of machinery ( water pump) in the corner of the hotel separating our two rooms. Totally unacceptable for a hotel charging western world rates . The food at the restaurant was mediocre and the temperature was set way too low. When we complained , they paid for our taxi to the airport, which was a small token that stopped me demanding a refund. Rahul at the desk is commendable.

The food at this hotel is the best.we are staying here for the past 3 days and the food is out of this world.Chef Rana has been personally looking at all his guests and taking care of us and also the whole staff.thanks chef.highly recommended.
