Lets start by the entrance they are more busy on bomb attack then being worried if the guest is satisfied. And every time you come in the hotel its a struggle, you are being checked as if your are a criminal. Reception is great, big and luxurious ,and the reception staff is 100% qualified except for the lugged boy(bell boy)they are never there to carry your bags .. Rooms are big and confortable, internet speed is fast and the house keeping staff is 100% qualified. The beaf leaf if I am not wrong thats the restaurant name, the attendance is good but the decoration is very dark, more lights is needed because every one hates eating in the dark. Mono cafe(restaurant)that service is zero ,first the food is tasteless, staff are few and slow, I asked for butter nan for 3 waiters non brought I had to complain to the manager then they brought,the juice I ordered for only came after I finish eating and I was charged for it, French fries came after 30min since I ordered, staff was needs more training no matter if the infrastructure is modern and classy if the service is bad spoils everything

Hotel did a mistake of sending a small car when we were 4 people with luggage inspite of requesting for a bigger SUV (which is also still paid pickup), not expected of such hotels to do this mistake. Food was great. Rooms are spacious and well kept.

Excellent ambiance and service. I had my dinner in bayleaf restaurant such a wonder full experience which I had the food thanks to chef shivam and bayleaf team I had sea food set meal here lovely starter and outstanding main course and dessert.

My wife and I were at this property for 3 nights and found it to be an excellent experience. The main highlight was the people. Starting from Mr.Neeraj Gairola - Asst manager F&B, Mr.Kamlesh Nair and Mr.Anirudh head F&B, they were fantastic. Very helpful in sorting out things and helping in spite of the number of issues they have to keep dealing with being a business hotel. At a very short notice during breakfast Mr.Neeraj packed us some nice lunch as we were going to be out in a village for the day. I would definetly stay here again.

I had a pleasant stay here. But i would not rate this as a 5 star. The rooms are nice and clean bt not anything extravaganza. I would consider this as a 4 star property. The food is average in the restraunts but the service is good. I had stayed here alone and had no problems. There is a wine shop but they dint have any permits to issue and had asked me to register online, the front desk did not know about this. So you need to check on that. Overall a good stay
