Room was nice n clean staff is very helpful pritesh n Rajesh at reception are every cordial n sharp overall great hotel miss gopa Lady manager in hotel has eye for detail. Best place to stay in ahemdabad in 4-5k per night

Room interiors are not very impressive. it gives a feeling of very old run down building. In fact, we had made our decision of leaving the hotel after they first put us in a smoking room and then in another very small room. The hotel gave us an upgraded room due to all this fiasco but the upgraded one looked more like a basic room you would expect in a big 4-5 star hotel.

Very friendly staff, always answering our requests rapidly. The same applies to the intendence and the restaurant staff. The food is very good and they do attend to special demands. The reason why the hotel didn't get full marks are as follows: - as it is a business Hotel, they provide only one item per room of bathroom toiletries (shower cap, slippers, face flannel, hand towel etc...) - In the same line, the fre WiFi is only for one machine per room. As a couple, you can't put both of your mobiles on WIFI. Also, the login is complicated and you always have to leave the login page open, or you lose the WIFI. Besides that it works fine. - We booked a Fortune club room, but were given a standard room. They changed us instantly to a club room. - The bed in the club room we were changed into was dirty. Hair in the bed, dirty bedsheets, dirty pillow slips and duvet cover. Once again things were changed rapidly without any remarks. - we stayed for three nights and had to ask every evening for the missing bathroom toiletries. So, on the whole a good Hotel, but could improve a bit to get excellent marks.

The hotel appears to be a small hotel when one sees its lobby. But they have 9 floors and gaur number of rooms. The standard room was spacious and had a good layout. Staff was courteous.. usual services were prompt and breakfast was decent. A value for money hotel.
