1. It was more of a home converted to hotel. I was given the only available room and that was at ground floor close to reception. Bathroom was a disappointment (no wonder, the hotel has not put photo of bathroom anywhere) 2. Problems with the room: a. Light and fan switches were not on bed-side. This is the first hotel (if I can call it one) I stayed in where not a single light and fan switch was on bed side. I had to get up and go near room door to switch on /off light and change fan regulator setting! b. WC was not clean when I wiped it with tissue, the tissue turned black! c. There was no jet spray with WC, only a fixed WC spray. It was rusted and not fixed at proper height it could not be used with seat cover. 3. I complained to the booking site through which I had booked. 4. Somewhere between 11-11:30pm, the hotel staff hands me over a mobile saying hotel owner wants to speak to me. The owner was rude and asked why I complained! That I should check-out if I had any problem. At that late in the night, I had actually gone to sleep, he was threatening me why I complained, and asking me to check-out! 5. As the room was near reception and there were 3-4 hotel staff sitting and chatting at reception, there was noise till very late in the night. 6. Early in the morning at 5am, they started repairing a water motor bang opposite my room with all the noise of hand tools. 7. The check-in SMS had mentioned breakfast timing as 7-9am. When at 7:15am, I asked for breakfast, I was told that the timing is 8-10. When I showed the sms, they said they will make it and give it and do not keep it ready! They said Show me one hotel that keeps breakfast ready at sharp 7. But it was not sharp 7, I asked for breakfast at 7:15! I had to leave without breakfast, as I had a flight to catch.
