The hotel staff are very cooperative and courteous but the room is not spacious to call super deluxe and the rate also could have been lower. Even though I accommodated my 12 year old son in the same bed I still have to pay for extra person. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel so quality of service and dining can be termed average. Otherwise this is a good hotel for business travellers/official travellers. In the bathroom shaving kit should have been provided.

It is no where near 3 star hotel.less spacious rooms.outside view of hotel ordinary.breakfast chargeable. room rent rs.2200 bit higher.all other facilities in the room o.k.NO service problem.

The room was clean, but very small, the drainage in the bathrooms was clogged. The hotel is in a mall and is very difficult to find. We had booked 2 rooms, one didn't even have a window, the room with the window had very weird view, we could see the pipes and AC duct tunnels of the mall only. So it would be better not to have a window. The breakfast served was a thin aloo paratha, just one per person. We paid 2500 per night for this, booked on Oyo! It is not run by professionals. To top it all, the price displayed on the "hotel reception of sorts" was 1999. my father booked it in a jiffy so had no choice.

Sometimes the staff makes all the difference and at this place, they were great. The manager was very helpful in getting his staff to fulfill our expectations. The rooms are small but extremely clean and the food is wonderful as well. Once again, the staff makes this place what it is. The location is in one of the best areas of the city and also around all of the best restaurants and shopping malls.

I was scheduled to stay at this hotel, and read the reviews here, and was very skeptical of the receptionist because of the kind reviews written about them. But to my extreme surprise, the guy at the reception was so well mannered and courteous that at times he could have easily given the 5 star receptionists a run for their money. The guy at the reception during day shift, Hetal Shah helped us a lot during our complete period of stay. I went during a peek business season when hotel availability was extremely limited, hence this hotel was booked by my company. The hotel is located on second floor of a mall (Devarc Complex), and has only 12-14 rooms. The rooms are ok size accommodating one queen size bed, side tables and a pair of table and chair. The hotel could do better in the bathroom area. The hotel is however more on the lines of a lodge, since there is no restaurant in the hotel (except for the complimentary breakfast cooked in the hotel). This is however compensated by the presence of abundant no. of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.

We all friends were gone to this hotel for just one night after attending marriage of one of our friend. We booked our rooms and after attending marriage we had some emergency due to which we were required to leave the hotel. But due to bad behavior of the hotel manager we were shocked. He was rudely behaving and not even compromising on cancellation charges. He was behaving like a manager of some 5 star property. He also rudely behaved during filling forms. Really a worst hotel I have seen in my life. This hotel cannot be consider as a 1 star property. That man on reception is running this hotel as if he the boss of it.

I booked 2 Super Deluxe Rooms at Hotel Corporate Residency Ahemadabad thru Clear Trip for 3 nights, when I reached the hotel at 1.30 a.m , I was told they do not have the room category which I booked and downgraded me to a single bed room, the receptionist and the team have started fighthing with me when I asked them that I have done booking and they can not deny me the rooms at these odd hours. They told me that they have no concern as the Clear Trip Team is responsible to answer me. After lot of arguments I decided to search for another hotel in the mid night. When I called Clear Trip these guys also are not responding properly. Very bad experience. I recommend , no one should book online for this hotel and also visit such a place where staff wish to take on customer.
