i face the problem about check out timing.in futur you should clearfy about this type problem.you should treat your custemer that he traveller first timeand he donot know any thing about hotel.as i have paid one day extra moneyf for confused about check out timing. their was no cup board to keep beloning at hotel.oterwise it was good to explain about location.

it is near railway station but no cleanliness but hotel staff was very friendly.

Worst experience ever. The receptionist tore the ID page of my passport apart (like 9/10th of it), so basically destroyed it. And he denied it the whole time. They are the most dishonest people I have ever met. I spent the whole next day at the police station, and had a flight on the very same day. Besides, the hotel was creepy, they showed our passport pictures to other guests and we didn't have any running water into the rooms. Don't ever go there.

In order to find the hotel you must, coming out of the railway station building, go to its right edge and there turn left into the adjoining street, called Relief-road. After about 15 minutes walk on the right side you will see the hotel's signboard. Its description on Booking.com (there it is written as "Geetanjali") says that the hotel has no Internet. Oddly enough,but there is wifi in the hotel, but only near the reception. And it appears only with the coming of the manager. And disappears with him. Worst of all, from the presence or absence of a manager also depends the water in the pipes and taps. When I returned in the evening after walking around the town,there was no manager, nor wifi, nor water. I had to go to the hotel reception (located behind the entrance stairs on the right). The water was given, and I washed myself in the shower. After an hour, water again disappeared. There was no water in the morning when I was going to my seven-hour train to Vadodara. But the duty attendant gave me my receipt. The rest in the hotel seems to be acceptable, except for the abundance of bugs and spiders in my room (even on the bedsheet) on the fourth floor.

Good services .family hotel .near to railway station .24 hours check in .check out time .good staff ..non ac room double bed only rs 600 with including tax... We are three people .also got extra bed without any charge ..also providing free picked up from the railway station.

Worst experience in this hotel. There is no water in bathroom. We stay in this hotel only for 2 days.they charge 700 for double room non a/c. Very bad service and dirty room.very poor service in this hotel. plz don't stay in this hotel

I came to know it's name from TripAdvisor. First the advantages: 1) It is very near to the Ahmedabad Railway Station in Kalupur, only 1 km away, a mere15 minute walking distance. 2) If you are budget conscious, this hotel comes as a boon. You can find single room at Rs. 400 and double room at Rs. 600. 3) Services are OK. Now the problems: 1) The access from the gate to the Front Desk is as steep flight of stairs, with luggage it poses a great problem. 2) The room I first got there at 3rd floor is terrible. A couple of pigeons had build a nest there and laid eggs. They came inside and go outside at their will through the windows! I felt like tresspasing on their property! Wnen I complained, the staff simply replied, " Saab, it's their room." Fortunately, they changed my room in the night in the new wing, where rooms are modern. If checked in, ask for 1st floor rooms in the new wing. 3) There are no good hotels nearby. You have to go near Railway Stn to have your food.
