The rooms are well furnished but are small in size as they have converted shops into rooms. The bedsheets and pillow cover are dirty. The matresses are so soft that you will have a backache in one night of sleep. The worst part are the toilets. They are so small in size that if you want to have a shower you will have to sit on the commode to have it as there is no space left to have a bath. The toilets are very poorly maintained. All the taps showers and jets were leaking. This is the scenario in Double NON AC rooms. The AC ones are better. We booked 3 double NON AC rooms and one of them didn't had wash basin. When complained the staff guided me to a common toilet which they used for themselves. When asked to change the room they said the hotel is fully occupied but they were lying. The lift facility is good but you will have to carry your luggage yourself as the hotel staff refuses to do so.

This hotel is the best option for air travellers departure from Ahmedabad to rest of world.....hotel provides good service to his customers and nice hotel staff give service care each and every customers of hotels...Amenities , room service really unbelievable.....
