The hotel is centrally located. Its value for money. I just felt that the tea they send in the teapot is measured exactly by the small cup they send along.

The hotel is having a complimentary pick up and dropping facility at the station or airport. I reached the hotel on my own at about 8-30 am. There is no hassle in check in. The hotel is situated at a very congested area without any option for good restaurant or shops. The hotel serves only vegetarian food. You can not park the car for more than two minutes in front of the hotel due to busy road but the hotel is having a provision to keep a few vehicles inside the hotel campus. The room is very neat and clean with all the necessay amenities i.e. refrigerator, cupboard, central AC, table lamp, sofa, chair etc. Bathroom is fitted with bath tub in addition to other normal facilities and a few toiletries. I did not have any problem in getting hot water at any point of time although I started for my tour on 26th December and 27th December at about 5-30 am and 6-30 am respectively. The reception staff is very co-operative. They immediately extended help on getting information Of malfuntion in my mobile. The stay at Hotel Ritz for 3 nights was pleasant except that for dining or for shopping, you will have to go to C G Road having excellent options of hotels, dining and shopping.

Good experience staying at Hotel Ritz as room was very clean. Staff were very courteous in their work and helpful. I had my breakfast at their restaurant (good buffet breakfast). The only problem I faced is that the hotel is located in a very congested area. ea. ea.ea.
