Ramada Ahmedabad

We stayed from 25 th feb to 1 st March , Good service, Good food, Clean Room and Great reception . My wife’s SILK sarees need dry clean & by mistake they washed them . We complained and Duty Manager Jayesh immediately took action, investigated complaint& phoned me ( As we had left for Rajkot on 1stMarch). Explained re: replacement . The House keeping Manager bought similar sarees and dispatched to our Hotel in Mumbai as were in Mumbai on the 7 th March . Received new sarees on the 8 th as promised . Wife extremely pleased. I thank Jayesh & House Keeping Manager and staff for this HOSPITALITY .

Outstanding Experience at Ramada Hotel, Ahmedabad I recently delivered training program at the Ramada Hotel in Ahmedabad, and it was truly a remarkable experience. The ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting, blending modern design with a warm, comfortable atmosphere. The moment I entered, I was impressed by the stylish interiors and the serene environment. The food was an absolute delight. The dining experience at their restaurant was exceptional, offering a wide variety of cuisines, each dish crafted to perfection. The flavors were rich and authentic, and the presentation was impeccable. Whether it was the breakfast buffet or an a la carte dinner, every meal exceeded expectations. The staff deserves special mention for their impeccable service. From the front desk to the housekeeping and restaurant teams, everyone was professional, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile.

Am an overseas traveller and was here for short 3 day trip in Dec 2024. The major issue which I faced was internet speed. very depressing 1.3 mbps to highest 4.5 mbps... If you are a business traveller and need to connect to your server etc., I would not recommend stay in this hotel. I did not eat here so not sure about the food. Rooms were clean, staff was okay. I will skip this hotel for my next visit as a business guest...

The front desk staff is irresponsible. Had requested them for sending stay invoice on email, almost to five different persons at the front desk in the morning and in the afternoon. At one instance it was the on duty manager himself.... Everyone committed saying "yes" sir, "definitely" sir, "don't worry" sir.... After 3 days still no email... Rest rooms, location and cost are all good.

The staff is very supportive and friendly. Some rooms need to be better.. Have stayed for more than 15 nights this year . Have had a good experience.. Food is super awesome
