Hotel is located in Heart of the Ahmedabad city. The hotel rooms dont have any good views, as there other hotels nearby.. But rooms are excellent with wooden flooring, LCD TV, clean and nice bathrooms with good glass work..Bathtubs are missing in DLX rooms.. Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help. Young ladies helped us to reach our rooms and explain each and every functions in the rooms.

Hotel being new, they need to improve on dining options.Staff over there were quite friendly. Otherwise it was a pleasent stay.

Like all the other Royal Orchid Hotels across the Country, the Royal Orchid Central is truly a comfortable and neat hotel. The service is warm, the decor is new age, airy and bright.The Buffet breakfast is a great spread& the staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is centrally located which made my work areas in Ahmedabad more accesiible.Overall a very comfortable stay.

It was a good decent place in Ahmedabad. We had a comfortable stay. We were impressed with the prompt service. Rooms were clean and hygienic. I would like to go back to this hotel once again.

any way hotel is very new and so you can see that every thing inside the room is updated. i was upgrade to club room which was great surprize to us and thank full to them. did not try the good there so cannot comment on that. over all our experience was great and can recommand to other also..

Met my expectations and breakfast choices were varied and tasty. The staff was friendly - from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant, porters etc. My aged parents were treated with grace and respect and we were offered wheelchair facilities etc to make it easier for them. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for almost 2 weeks and it was a great stay! The staff were brilliant and could not help enough, whether it be the reception staff, the restaurant staff, housekeeping or even the security guards! Nothing was too much trouble for them. If we needed anything extra the housekeeping staff would always oblige and always bring it very quickly so we never had to wait too long! The reception would answer as many questions as we had in a very patient manner. We stayed in a suite and it was huge! We had so much space, there was a lovely big sitting room and a enormous room with a nice sitting area. It was all very comfortable. One thing I would say is that there was no dressing table in the room and for a room with such a lot of space it could easily be added. The bathroom was large with a wardrobe inside. However, there was no bath and for a hotel of such caliber I would have expected a bath but by no means was the bathroom not nice. There was a lovely big shower and lots of toiletries! However, sometimes we had to keep asking for some as they had not been refilled but once we asked we always got them fairly quickly! Room service was good and there was a good variety of food even for vegetarians. I expected a little more from the breakfast buffet and for it to be bigger but that being said, the staff were always helpful with any extra requests, be it a dosa or a grilled sandwhich!! The hotel is located in a great area and is only 5 minutes from the shopping hub of CG road. Outside there are a few shops where you can get snacks and the ATM was a few minutes right out of the hotel too. You could easily catch rickshaws outside. I would most definitely stay again!

Great service.. good people.. extremly delicious food.. quantity and quality of food is excellent.. right from the chauffeur to the manager all are well spoken.. the serviced are quick.. i truly believe is what they said they delivered.

Visited the four points by Sheraton in December for 6nights. Had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff is quite courteous, the rooms are spacious and the housekeeping definitely does a fine job. I would really like to thank the housekeeping for making my room so well each time I returned to the room. Another special thanks to Vipul...for being so attentive and courteous. He made my stay a pleasant one. :)
