This is a very basic property. For a 3 star hotel it doesn't have an A/C in the lobby. My room was decent. The staff members were courteous. The food was not up to the mark as well. This is an average hotel overall.

hotel booking: Travelguru had confirmed my booking initially, but later I got a call from their office and was told the hotel had not confirmed the booking. They offered me an alternative hotel, but that wasn't suitable to me and after much persuassion, I was confirmed in the same hotel I had booked earlier. Location: Close to RTO circle. This is sort of midway between the airport and the happening parts of the city or the business district. Plenty of Autos available just outside the hotel or the hotel provides travel services. However, no good hotels/restuarants in close proximity. You will need to pretty much depend on hotel for food. Check-in: Complimentary airport pick-up was arranged in a Swift Dzire. Check-in formalities was smooth. Rooms: Fairly large, very modern and aesthetically done. Clean beds. Clean Toilets. Superb shower area. Good choice of Minibar with variety of snacks. There was a kettle with choice of coffee/tea. However, the kettle wasn't working. Housekeeping and general service: The complimentary mineral water was refilled while I was away for the day. The complimentary newspaper was not given to me even though I found it hanging on may other occupied rooms. Breakfast: A buffet breakfast was included in the price. Good spread of south Indian (Idly/Upma/Dosa) and continental(Omlete/Toast/Cornflakes) and some puri bhaji for the North Indians. Juice and Lassi / Tea / Coffee Check-out: Smooth, but the reception guy made it a bit unpleasant. I asked for reciept / invoice copy that I needed to submit to my company. The guy refused, saying they cannot issue any invoices as the booking was done by Travelguru. When I said I will require some proof that I have stayed in their hotel (Travelguru merely facilitated the booking), they said they will send me a mail the same evening. Its more than 3 days now and no sign of that mail.

It was a very bad expirence starting from entry point into the hotel all unprofessional staff from top to bottom and no expirence for staff in hotel service. After giving order for lunch i have waited for full 90 minute and in between repeated phone to Room service of no use,Then refrigerator in room was not working,repeated complain no result and on TV service has limited channel repeated call no result.

Hotel has very good rooms ! Food was also very good ! House keeping department fulfilled every need of mine ! Quality of breakfast needs improvement !

Last week I happened to visit ahmedabad and stayed in this hotel for two nights . Rooms are neat and clean. For the price they are charging t he food is too good. Stuff are courteous I suggest this hotel to all business people

Nice location, valet parking, neat and clean, good staff. Fine dust is a problem everywhere in Ahmedabad, it seems neat and clean but if you walk barefoot you can feel the dust. Food is good not exceptional.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are spacious. The amenities are adequate as well. The view isn't great but this is a business hotel and it gets the job done well. The rooms are neat and clean. The property is well maintained. However I wish there was more light in the room, would help in seeing things, while finishing off work, if you have some left. The lights are too dim for my liking. The food isn't the best and the repetitive menu is a minus for this hotel. There are a few dishes which kept coming back like the chewing gum that refuses to leave your finger! Non-vegetarian dishes are the neglected ones. They have mostly one dish or if you are lucky two. Breakfast is mostly boiled egg!!! Knowing that this Gujarat I can allow it, but this is a business hotel and they should be catering to the out-state guests! There is a permit room for those who like to wet their whistle! I encountered a bit of a problem with the bathroom tap and they hadn't fixed it in the day. So when I come back in the night, I have to create a fuss to get them to sort it out. These kind of incidents don't show up well in the management of any premise. If you run a good ship then make sure these minor things don't botch up your ratings! I will still give it a 3.5 to 4 star rating!

Checked in last night. Room number 414. Let me first explain the scheming part. They claim they serve both veg and non veg but the funny part is on ala carte they will serve because you are paying for it whereas in breakfast they will not as it is part of package. Room and bathroom both are not cleaned properly, on bare feet it gives a constant dusty feel. Difficult to sleep as walls are thin and you constantly hear phone rings and other sounds. I don't how it got all those good reviews.

My wife and I had a long stay in Dec. 2016 at the Hotel. Kushal the Director, his Senior Mgt. and all the Staff were fabulous. Outstanding service looking after our comfort. We are returning guests and each time our stay has been better due to the friendly, warm and professional ethos of the Mgt. A BIG Thank you to ALL. The award winning 4 Star Hotel has good facilities, excellent breakfast and dinner, clean modern rooms, walking distance to Gandhi Ashram and Sabarmati Riverfront, close to BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir and Bus Terminal and just an hour bus journey to the world famous Akshardham Temple in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. We highly recommend this Hotel for a comfortable, pleasant stay in Ahmedabad. For holding functions such as wedding reception, business conference or tourist who wish to explore a bit of Gujarat. It also has some good offers on its website. Our prayers for the Management, Staff and Hotel and look forward to returning. Review Date: 31st December 2016
