I will never come back to this hotel. Services extremely bad, room conditional very bad (very old), staff services... omg... the worst i been too so far. I can not go into details else i need a few pages to mention how bad this hotel to me.

Staying at a local dharmshala would have been a better choice. It has the worst hygiene ever. Rude staff and the reception feels like a shady place with some boys always hanging around there. They don't have enough key cards for rooms as well. Linens are not clean as well and towels are torn

Never never never come in this one. The shower in the bathroom was not working, room service was not able to resolve it, the room size is decent but ambience is bad and bathroom is bad. The cold water was not available is wash Basin. The breakfast is very very limited and taste is horrible. The lift was not working. Will never come at this one again. Bad Bad bad.....

Stayed there 3 nights for a business trip, client booked it in. Checked in late and found service lagging on all fronts. TV remote was nowhere, towel in bath room not the best, smells. The water is hard in the bathroom, need one whole soap for a bath, the fittings are word out and cry for maintenance. The bed was soft though, and the thankfully the sheets and working table good. The magnetic swipe did not work even ONCE on all the days, I had to go down to reception EVERY time to get the master key and open it, was a big pain. There's maintenance going on in 1st floor, so avoid it. The approach to the hotel, the road is all dug up and slushy. The neighborhood is quiet, not much road noise, its located close to SG Road. No connects to public transport of any kind, not even autos. Breakfast was adequate with good quantity and quality. The staff need lots of training and grooming for sure.

good only if you get a discounted deal from some travel website. Just opposite to the Grand Bhagwati Hotel but a bit far from the main road. Front office staff was not bothered for checkin and took quite good time to locate my booking and then alloting a room. Wifi was not working during my stay. The inhouse restaurant is also closed. they have room service but the prices are too high. food was also not very tasty. room was quite big and clean. bed was very comfortable.
