Hotel Regency

I stayed here in suite room.The room was spacious, neat, clean and well furnished. One can have a good view of Aizawl city from seventh floor.. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Small restaurant is present close to lobby.No buffet dinner, we have to place order and food is ok.Morning breakfast is complimentary but is very much limited.Overall one can have a comfortable stay here.

Modern, Well Maintained, nice restaurant, Friendly Staff, I am a guide and would prefer my guest to stay over here. The hotel brought new heaters for our guest. Very good. Highly recommended. If you arrive late, let the hotel know and they will wait for you.

The hotel is situated in a prime location. You can go for window shopping to kill time. Room per se is very good and house keeping is excellent. However, food is not good. There is a huge menu card, beautifully designed but the food is not as good. The silver lining is there is KFC a few metres away from the hotel. You can go to KFC and fill yourself. For breakfast also, the choice is very limited. The hotel has some really excellent staff namely Mali and Muani from front desk, Peka and Sawmi from restaurant, Sawmi from housekeeping and Sanga and Samuela as bell boys. Let me repeat housekeeping is excellent. Please keep it up. I stayed on 9th, 11th, 12th and 13th December 2019.

Very decent hotel to stay when in Aizawl. Stayed in an executive suite which was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant food and service was very good. Staff members were helpful and very polite. Will recommend this hotel to all. Room Tip: ask for a higher floor suite whilst travelling with family. Special thanks to the housekeeping manager Mamuani. Very professional and efficient lady. If you are taking a flight, don't expect any good meal arrrangement at the airport . Have your lunch at the hotel and proceed.

This is a modern, well located, well serviced hotels in Mizoram with a very nice restaurant with an amazing choice of cuisines! I would recommend this establishment to any traveller! Great staff! The design is modern and the facilities are well maintained.
