The front desk, security, housekeeping people are all great. However, there doesn't seem to be any training in housekeeping or restaurant practice--each day, what they do varies depending on who's on duty. For instance, housekeeping will sometimes replenish the soap and shampoo and tea supplies, sometimes not. And restaurant doesn't supply napkins unless you ask. And the wifi is woeful. My first two days, and last few days, it was OK--the middle few days, awful.
