Very good hotel.friendy stuff.food is very tasty. We have stayed in this hotel and loved it very much.the view of the lake is charming.you can see the whole of pushkar from up here. If you happen to go to pushkar come to gulaab niwaas. It is clean and wotrth every rupee you will spend here.
We visit Pushkar and stayed at this hotel. The hotel is magnificent and prices very accesible. The rate between confort and quality vs price is excellent. The food is good (8 points from 10) and some personnel are nice. Note that I wrote SOME personnel as at the lobby we were attended by a bucolic person without any will to do anything or indicate us. Foreigners must be also note that plugs at this hotel are strictly indians so be sure on having a converter. There is no electricity between 12 and 17 hs because of government regulation.
It was a great expirience bieng in pushkar and the best part was the hotel the stay was so comfartable and yes the awesome part was the view this hotel has got an amazing view the food was awesone and staff was so diciplined and well dressed up i would live to visit again to gulaab niwaas palace thank you for making my stay so comfartbale
Pushkar is very nice, beautiful , and peaceful place......very amazing experience to come nd visit here.....and hotel Gulaab Niwaas is good....in for all the facilities provided by it, and food is amazing....which quite teasty!
I can only assume this hotel lives off tour groups and it's external aesthetics because the current TripAdvisor rate of 52 a night is a joke for such a poor hotel. Stayed here as part of a tour. Room is dated, filthy and lacks any facilities. No water in room, no fridge, no room service no menu. Bathroom is filthy too and whole bathroom becomes a lake when you take a shower. They have 3 WiFi networks - none worked during our 2 day stay. Came back to hotel on our second day to the sound of a man screaming very loudly! It was a manager settling his grievances with a young member of staff right outside the entrance. Breakfast was included - sat down and each day ignored by staff who can't speak English. Then rather be offered a menu or discuss what's available all different dishes arrive at different times. Drinks come out randomly and when we asked for water a bill was brought out immediately for 45 rupees. Find it strange a 3.5 star hotel doesn't have a single hairdryer for the use of guests. Staff are clearing their throats all around the hotel day and night, rubbish thrown over the hotel wall below - delightful. If you're charging western prices you need to offer somewhere near a western service. Other guesthouses in Pushkar offer better services and facilities for 500-900 from what other travellers told us and we're inclined to agree with them. Save your money and your dignity, don't stay here it's a horrendous place in every single way - maybe "this is just India" but don't pay these absurd prices for such an experience.
