PL don't prefer for this hotel to any valuable customer. It will damage the reputation. They are not even cooperative. We have worst experience staying this Hotel ' Payal at Ajmer

I have this place in June for 3 days. Neat and very spacious room. Bathroom is quite clean. Room was perfect. A very short distance from dargah walkable distance. The only thing that they don't have own restaurant to eat.

Not very attractive rooms but more than average to those travelers who just want to get refresh & get ready for dargha visit. Auto will take minimum of 50 Rs for shortest distance. Pushkar is must visit place.

ambience is good. Rooms are well maintained. Service is good too. Reception people is very humble. Luxury hotel. And the food is also wonderful. Also near to railway station and bus Stand. All the sight seeing places are close to the hotel. We will look again come to ajmer and HOTEL PAYAL also. Thanks

First things first.. This hotel does not have internet. Which hotel in any town does not have internet nowadays? 2nd thing is that it does not have a shower, just a bucket and mug. 3rd thing have beetel stains all over the room with bug cracks and marks allover the room. 4th thing no non-veg food. They just get non-veg food parcel from a different reataurant. Now coming to our experience. The door handle was broken when we checked in. The hotel staff told us they will repair it in morning. In morning they did not and later when we came back after visiting places the door did not open. We had to wait an hr for them to break the door. We asked for a replacement room but they refused saying all rooms are the same. When i asked them about the internet they mentioned that it is mentioned in ibibo that the hotel does not have wifi. I told them even if that be the case do they expect customers to come if they do not have internet even after 1-2 yrs as everybody needs internet and is a basic necessity. They just laughed and told us that nobody chooses hotel bcos of internet. I never could imagine this kind of bad experience.

I had a wonderful stay there the rooms are spacious and well maintained, with clean bathroom. They also serve food in the room. They have given us rooms in new building which is just across the road. It is hardly 5 min drive from ajmer railway station & dargah is also at walk able though it is nearly around 1 km.

Demo Trip Rooms on front side have whole day disturbance. And i would suggest to clear every point regarding charges. If food ordered from outside make sure you clear the bill immediately rather than putting into der KOT. Once entered into der KOT you wil end up paying almost 50% more of the actual bill.

Demo Trip WHile booking room state your preferences and I am sure the Hotel staff will help you out. The Hotel staff allowed us to check out from the Hotel at 6pm as against the regular check out time at noon.
