Location: The hotel (or a collection of tiny rooms) is fairly convenient to reach. If you do not own/rent a vehicle, 6-seater shared autos (the "Sitara") can be availed from near the Alibaug bus stand. Get down at Shintre Galli Bus stop. Akshi Beach is around 1 km from the premises. The room: It is a tiny room with very basic amenities, such as a double bed, a small TV, a towel and a soap. There was no wi-fi when we reached there. The caretaker said that the connection was "temporarily" disconnected. No proper mobile network range as well, though a mobile tower lies beside the premises. Food: The caretaker said that he would arrange for a home-made dinner, but there was no menu card. We did not avail it, but had complimentary breakfast, which was part of the package ( a plate of poha and a cup of tea for each of us). Price: Depends on what deal you get. But I spent around Rs 1500 (non-AC room), but I felt that it is not even worth Rs 500, as I had been into better rooms for less than Rs.1000. Overall, the place does not justify such high price, even in a festive season.
