Had an Amazing stay at Radisson Blue Alibaugh

1 major issue was while booking and also on phone I had mentined to the mu check in will be by 12 and was confirmed by the telly marketing lady and gents as well. But on arrival at the hotel I was told to wait till 3 pm. I had taken 2 rooms so even requwsted to at least give us 1 room. But no help was extended as I had my mom on wheel chair and a kid as well. Then I called travel guru from there abd the person kept me on hold of around 30 min saying let me check. Failing response from all had no choice but to wait. Hotel and TG experience good. TG support system very poor. Learing : once the payment is done no one cares.

This was my first booking experience with Travel Guru. I would like to thank you for your competitive pricing compared to others. I drove from Pune to Alibagh. The access road to the resort is way too complicated once you reach Alibagh. I think Hotel authorities should place direction sign boards. Also one suggestion to Travelguru. You should clearly mention whether the complimentary meals are available along with Hotel booking. I could find that anywhere while hotel booking.

Radisson is an excellent property. Probably one of the best places to stay at Alibaugh! The rooms were neat & tidy & spacious enough. We went with our 2 year old kid & had an option of getting a kingsize bed which was spacious enough for all 3 of us to have a comfortable sleep! The buffet options were excellent & were obviously priced as per 5 star standards. But the spread was amazing & all 3 meals; one has ample vegetarian options including Jain food. Even the Ala carte Menu has plenty of options. The swimming pool is absolutely kid friendly & the entire family can have a pleasant time at the pool. Evening time they have a live piano & the artist is really nice & sings pleasant melodies. My overall experience was very good & yes it is 5 star property but worth every penny you pay for.!!!

Lovely property, spread out- villas and rooms are quite far from main areas of the hotel. Continental breakfast was average to good, with tired -looking juice and cold cuts, but the Indian fare was delicious. We stayed in a spa villa - the furnishings and polish needs some rejuvenation and the bathroom though huge, has non -existent lighting!

Swimming pool changing rooms & showers stink! The staff at restaurant is lethargic.. Rooms definitely need makeover! Good facilities at the hotel to spend 2 days though....a nice swimming pool for toddlers which is only 6 inches deep.

Credits to radisson staff who made my anniversary very special by various arrangements. Rooms were great. Spa was amazing. I had deep tissue massage over there. Swimming pool was amazing too. Perfect for 1 or 2 days vacation.

We - my husband and my little boy (10 months old) visited this lovely property on 24th Sep to 26th Sep. The roads were extremely bad from Pen to Vadhkal. We were exhausted. Our check-in and check-out was smooth. All thanks to Ms. Sampa who made sure we were comfortable with our room. We had booked the Deluxe room which belonged to the C wing which was peaceful. The rooms are big and comfortable. The room service was so generous and courteous as they provided me with Khichdi for my little one. It was perfect and also complimentary. The buffet spread at Aparanta has lesser food items compared to other 5 star resorts but everything was tasty. Mr. Michael, Ms. Pranali, Mr. Kaushik took great care of my baby boy while we had our food. They were really sweet to help us out with anything we needed. The resort is beautiful and yes it gets a little scary at night with most of the lights out. Since it's amidst trees and lake, there is a calmness in the surrounding. So if you are looking for a calm and relaxing trip, do stay here to experience their hospitality.

The staff is extremely courteous caring and hospitable.My mother is a senior citizen and was uncomfortable with foam mattress, the staff changed the mattress to a coir one to her satisfaction... The food spread is amazing!
