Excellent hotel for family trip, Being a budget hotel experience is very satisfactory for e.g., Staff are very cordial and friendly. Rooms are neat and clean, choice of food option only for ready to eat. My experience was very comfortable and relaxed.I will recommend this hotel if you are traveling for family trip and you want to stay in Allahabad area this is the best choice

Hotel is to good and clean following a all the government nons of covid-19 . Staff is also very much helpful and humble.after the covid-19 issue we all are very much afred to go any hotel for visit but I found the hotel very much following all the sanitation prosse from the entire get. I just recommend all my friends to visit hotel polo max Allahabad.

A very good experience during Pandemic. Stayed with this hotel for short stay and nice stay. Value for money. Exceptional service, room was properly sanitized, neat and clean. Safe place to stay during covid 19 outbreak. Even staff is co operative.

Stayed at the hotel with my parent eve after pondering over a lot of things due to the covid 19 situation. Also surprised that the hotel was maintained with very limited manpower, they were changed my linen as per request same time, cleanliness and hygiene was maintained very well. Only one concern we were facing food potion was very less and pre-mix food available and restaurant was close, rest all fine. Very close to the the railway station. Taking all possible precautions, and trying to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

I would have given a zero if that was possible. Nothing positive about the hotel, here are the negatives : 1) Situated right at the station, so, constant noise of the trains. 2) No room-boy, yes, you read it right, no room-boy, so, you have to carry your luggage on your own. 3) No parking 4) No kitchen (at least not in the post-lockdown phase 5) No bed for extra person (just a thin mattress, in fact no space in the room to put that mattress) 6) No security at the hotel 7) No hot water in the evening 8) Can't remember if they provided mineral water, probably they didn't because the kitchen was non-functional. Usually even dharamshalas are better than this hotel and when we complained to the guy on the front desk, all he said was 'pehle ye hotel bohot achchha tha par corona ke baad se sab kharaab ho gaya' Maybe he was right.
