The whole hotel stay was a nice experience. Room was good. Service was quick. Food as well prepared. Will recommend it to freinds.
Staff service was extremely good; we were provided with the fresh towels & toiletries, twice everyday.
1) Double room had two separate beds. This was not expected when a room is booked for a couple. 2) Five Lights were not working in the room. We had to call for replacements. 3) Hotel recommended for business travellers. Not for leisure trips.
It's really a surprised experience to see such a good hotel behaving in a pity manner. Just entering into the hotel the reception is so rude that they have not at all welcomed us even though we had come from a long journey.
Basic room with some facilities. Hotel people provided nice room service. Recommendable.

This is a review of the restaurant at this hotel and not of the hotel itself.I dined there on each of the two days that I spent at Alappuzha in January of this year-2017.I had lunch on one occasion and dinner twice. The food was excellent-very reasonably priced, beautifully presented and served by friendly staff. It was by far the best place that I found to dine at while at Alappuzha...I can recommend it highly...9 out of 10.
The service was fantastic and the staff were particularly helpful and friendly. The hotel was exceptionally neat, well maintained and fairly priced. Love to visit again. We had a good time during our stay there.
Rooms - clean, well maintained, well lighted; Front desk - pleasant and highly helpful; Food - excellent with great service; Location - center of town with easy access to beach. Overall value - great. We will definitely stay again.
The excellent reviews about this hotel you may find all over Internet might be paid or just a case of few random people who lacks functioning taste buds. The moment you walk in, a slight discomfort welcomes you to one of the most overrated restaurants in the heart of city. I wouldn't be surprised to find arrogant waiters in budget restaurants but this one proves to be constantly dissapointing with a handful of senseless waiters barging in and out of the restaurant. Placed an order for vegetarian soup and received a chicken soup. Chef must have got slightly confused. For starters, chicken tikka was ordered. Six cute pieces of unattractively marinated chicken. That was a revelation, i have been deceived by numerous restaurants through out my life, didn't realise chicken tikka could be as hard as a deep fried chicken until my taste buds had an over enthusiastic endeavour to chew one of the easiest starter ever known to mankind. Deeply saddened by the mayonnaise and miny chutney, we decided to progress our late night rip off by ordering kerala porrottas and two gravy dishes. Going by the standard 1:1 ratio of a veg dish and a non veg dish, we took a considerable amount of risk and ordered a palak paneer and pepper chicken. Waiter politely informed that Pepper chicken will take a few extra minutes, he actually wanted to say this dish is a wreck and try something less wrecked. Should have listened to him. I had the privelege of having the water pepper chicken for the first time in my life. Dont even try ordering paneer there. Paneer pieces were fried before they were put into a tasteless gravy of palak. Kerala porotta was decent. Huge disappointment from one of the most established restaurants in Aleppeu.
Very calm and clean place Staff was very friendly and efficient Good food (loved the pista shake) In the city center but close to backwaters, few minutes by tuk tuk Dont' hesitate to stay there Situation calme et hotel tres propre Personnel tres agreable et efficace Nourriture excellente En centre ville et proche des backwaters, quelques minutes en tuk tuk Je recommande vivement
