This is the worst hotel we had in India. The rooms are very odd. The badroom is dirty and unsafe. First they told us we could have brakfast at the 1st floor but finally they could serve it only in the room. This took more than half an hour. You better look for an other hotel in Alwar.
Never ever trust the employees/manager of this Hotel. For earning money frm guest they can go to any extend. These people are very cunning. Service staff were good, however room conditions were not so good. On top of everything at check in time they told us that our package would be on MAP and that too they will provide discount on food items but at the check out time they just refused and were putting things on one another. We didnt want to spoil our mood so we paid all the amount but will never ever suggest it to anybody. The most pathetic thing was that they charged for every small thing specially for our below 5 age kids as well which they told us at check in time to be complimentary. Anyways the only thing I should say is thanks fr such pathetic experience.
Hotel at Moti Doongri one of premium location of Alwar. Near to moti doongri children park. Hotel is quite fine but toilet was smelly from sewage outside. But fine for one night stay. View from our room was good. The road from hotel goes to Sariska national park.
It is the worst hotel in Alwar.. Staff is extremely rude and service is pathetic. I will not recommend anyone to go to this place. There are lot of other good hotels, restaurants & bars in Alwar city .
Being rated the second best B&B/ Inn in Alwar, we expected more than some staff with regressive mentality. We drove back 35kms from Sariksa because the hotels were sold out there. We gave a call to the tripadvisor contact and he agreed to give us a room for 1200-1500 Rs. We informed them that we are 5 of us and can do with 2 rooms because we had one couple among us and 3 guys. They gave us directions and said they had ample rooms. We reached the Inn and made it to the reception. Thats where the nightmare starts. The manager at the reception starts looking at us, sizing us up. He gave us a rude "What do you want? " look and showed us the room out of formality. The rest of us went and saw the rooms and the restaurant, while I was confirming the route back to Delhi. He asked me to talk to him later and not now. I didnt know what looking at the rooms had to do with talking about the maps. We liked the rooms and asked for the tariff and then the Manager suddenly says he doesnt have rooms. Why the hell would he show us the rooms if he didn't have space. He leans back on his chair and says, I dont have room and I cant talk further; you can leave. We were appalled by his behavior. We called up the person who we had spoken to before and asked him what was wrong. The Manager then gets a call from our contact and they both agree to something. He again says he cant give us a room. We probe further and he says I'll be frank with you, I cant give rooms to a couple. He asked the married couple with us for their marriage certificate or an ID proof where they had the same name. He says all women must change their maiden names after marriage and that proof you must carry. This made us stare at each other in dis-belief. What was he accusing us of? Was he saying that our friends werent married and were together illegally? He questioned the integrity of their relationship and who gave him the right to do that. By now he had convinced our contact that it wasn't a good idea to give us a room too. When we called him again and spoke about the incident he had the audacity to say we should leave right now and not try to get a room as they will not do that. It was a family hotel they said. Like we were rapists. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY SHOULD RUN OUT OF BUSINESS.
