Its a nice place to relax , eat drink and sleep and just look around the place.away from hustle bustle of the city. The buffet food was elaborate with western and indian breakfast.Different types of bread ,rotis and fruits ,fruit juices were also available
"Fantastic place very near to city. lovely heritage property. A true 5 Star experience.. Their staff is always ready to make you comfortable.. Nice Experience!" Beautiful, peaceful, heritage property.
I along with my wife had again visited this wonderful property of Neemrana's - Hill Fort at Kesroli. This was my 4th visit to this property. Everytime I go there, I get new memories to remember for life time. This place very peaceful, with wonderful climate and surrounding. I had visited almost every property of Neemrana falling in northern India, and it one of the most romantic place for couples in love within all Neemrana's property.
The best part, I love about Neemrana, is the kind of hospitality extended by the staff is always amazing and is one of the attraction point of my visit to this place so many times. Mr. Dinesh always welcomed us with great gestures and is very supportive and give his best efforts to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. He has been very kind and friendly to take care of us in best possible way. Apart from him all other staff was also very supportive and friendly.
I would really love to extend my thanks to Mr. Vipul Rawal who has made me fall in love with Neemrana and its hospitality.
I also extend my thanks to Mr. Dinesh and his team for giving us a feel at home during our stay
The rooms and bathrooms are good, the service is friendly and efficient. The ambience, including the swimming pool is good.Being a heritage property, there are lots of stairs. At the entrance, ropes have been fixed to provide support. The idea should be extended to the other stairs also.
I stayed in Hariyal Mahal. For a short time there was a whiff of sewer smell. Perhaps the soak pits need fixing.
The rooms are called Mahals(palaces). Somebody. has a nice sense of humour because one of the washrooms in the common area is called Loo Mahal.
The lunch and dinner were good, but the breakfast was disappointing. The cold milk was sour, the poha and puri bhaji were tasteless,The omelette could have been less oily.
We happened to be there on a Saturday evening when entertainment was provided at dinner time. The setting, by the pool side, was excellent and the quality of entertainment was very good.Surprised to learn that the lead performer was 65 years old- he was extremely supple and fit.
It was good that there was no TV,but there was free wi-fi.
On request, we were given a write -up about the history of the fort.It was written in very defective English. Surely, the Neemrana group can arrange for it to be written in correct English.
I had a weekend stay at Fort Kesroli a Neemrana Property, last weekend and by my expectations i see there is overall a lot to improvise on the property.
Value For Money - It is definitely not a value for money kind of place, somehow right form the beginning you could something really not in place in the way this property has been managed. Food is expensive with No A-la-Carte Option available. So, guests with small appetites or guests who have just checked in, would not be able to order something very specific to their delight. For a person on vacation they would like to order something of their liking rather then a forceful buffet. Buffet Spread is also not very great for the amount they are charging for the buffet. Coming to rooms the one we stayed at the concept in itself was good but comparing it with the original Fort Palace Neemrana they have missed a beat here. Furniture being used is quite old and in the name of heritage not well kept. You don't expect a rocking bed to sleep on. For the late night TV enthusiasts there is no TV in the rooms though they have a shared TV room with set timings.
Location - They score heavily on location as it far away from the regular hustle bustle of the city, and you find early morning birds chirping with a nice farm view.
Service Quality - With the limited resources they have kept it was not a 3 Star equivalent.
Food & Drinks - As I pointed out earlier food was quite a disappointment at the place. We had their forced buffet in lunch and dinner. Lunch was a very limited menu with 1 non veg and rest veg options (mind you price was same for buffet Lunch & Dinner) Dinner was slightly a better spread but the only problem was that the gravy item I picked up in NonVeg was not properly cooked, you don't expect that from a 3 Star. Breakfast again was a nice spread but issue was with the way it was served, rather then filling the serving bowls to the top and then keeping them heated they should have ideally refilled it in time which in turn made the sausages and beckon loose the juice..for vegetarians i guess it was ok (though i didn't try it honestly.)
Amenities - I have rated them 3 stars on this one. Swimming pool was neat and clean and tether were some games (badminton, carrom) to play.
Cleanliness - Place was neat and clean though being it a fort kind of place a little dust could be seen on the floors as floors were no vitrified tiles due to the heritage thing..
Overall - It was my anniversary and had though of giving my wife a surprise by taking her out to this place and due to few things here and there could not make it as special as it could have been If i would have booked Neemrana Fort Palace. Neemrana guys if you are reading this post please don't take this as a negative response rather it is where you can improve on, as you people are doing amazing work in securing the heritage places and turning them to places to stay and enjoy, though heritage forts and palaces also comes with a little luxury, which you could easily work on. I would still recommend this to visitors who come in big groups for picnic and get together. Thanks !!Hotel Tip: Check hotel food timings, & there is no A-La-Carte
