I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I was advised theat the hotel had a generator. When we were at the hotel the whole night there was no electricity. The staff was not very helpful either. Had issues with hot water as well. All and all a bad experience.

This is my 3rd time i was staying n hotel was good experience..staffs r profesional and friendly.. ican say hotel airlines is safety for staying..good atmosphere..

I had booked 2 room(NAC),when rooms are allotted, toilet flush not working in both room,some bad odour coming from room, also lights are so dim. After quarrel with Manager, he ready to give AC room but with extra charge.Its too late in night so we have to give them extra money for stay. Even we are ready to checkout & told them give us NAC room for just keep luggage they ask 900/- for just luggage for half day..VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE..

Hotel has got good location but badly maintained. At 4 o'clock in the evening, the room was not ready. Lot of water leakage in the bathroom. Water was not coming. Geyser is not working. No food menu. First extra bed was told at Rs. 300/-, but later on charged Rs. 350/- Not value for money. Other good hotels at this rate re available.

decent place with closest access to railway station, markets are close by, transportation is best by cycle rickshaw and economical, rooms are quite spacious, amenities are good, food quantity is a lot too much, location is besides bhandari bridge...

The hotel is run down and dirty. Badly maintained. Beds are as hard as the road and linen should not be inspected too closely. The noise from the road is loud and nearly constant. Staff are fairly pleasant and helpful. Would I stay here again? No!

Owner and staff are very helpful and friendly, service is good. Rooms are ample, have all the basics you need for a few days stay. Beds have the typical Indian mattresses (hard for me) but the staff solved that by putting a thick soft blanket over them so I slept very well. A/C works fine. No internet connection on my floor (3th) but it is excellent in the lobby. Food served by restaurant is good and very tasty. Around the hotel you will find variuos local food stores, restaurants, etc. The Golden Temple is about 20 minutes walking from the hotel, a must do. Will recommend this hotel to whomever plans to visit Amritsar.
