Hotel Amritsar Grand

Overall a great stay with good staff. Decent food quality and great housekeeping service. Great location all the tourist attractions at walkable distance. One star deducted for two small things 1) First aid kit should be with the hotel staff in case of emergencies and it's a basic necessity for operating in this business with so many people staying there 2) Hotel Staff is really on people nerves for getting the ratings whether it's housekeeping ,chefs etc. I request hotel management to ask for ratings only during the checkout and to the customers make sure to put only genuine reviews in the Google as these things will affect our staying experience. Overall great stay and experience will definitely visit again!!!!

First visit to India, first visit to Amritsar. . I reserved 2 executive rooms and I was disappointed in reserving the larger rooms which did not have a window. We asked about switching to the deluxe rooms, smaller in size but which had a window. We decided to take the smaller rooms however the front desk staff would not change our price to reflect the smaller room. The front desk man was VERY rude to us but after much discussion, he said he would offer us 50% discount at the restaurant. Today, when we wanted to eat in the restaurant, we asked the lady at the front desk about the discount. She insisted that she could not give us any more than 15 % discount and also spoke very rudely to us. We decided not to stay and eat in your restaurant due to the rudeness of the staff and Not giving us what we were promised. The rooms are very small but for the price, can be overlooked. But beware of reserving the executive rooms. The photos are misleading and the lack of a window makes the room feel very cramped. The front desk staff made minuscule effort in making the customer feel welcome and are just downright rude in their approach. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in Amritsar. There is a Ramada within walking distance. My next visit to Amritsar I will hook a room at the Ramada.

Very luxurious hotel along with ample of parking space. At heritage street near golden temple. Food is awesome and very tempting. Must visit. Good place to visit with friends and family.

Very nice hotel with parking. Near to golden temple. Well maintained rooms. Polite staff. Food made by Robin is tasty and yummy. Every item is so delicious.

Situated at Very good place just besides partition museum, very well managed, neat and clean.. Rooms is also well managed and bigger.. have good breakfast here with 3 to 4 iteams in menu... served well and yummy.
