Very friendly staff, ready to help you anytime. Rooms are okay with all basic things available to make your stay comfortable. Hot water was available. Will recommend to stay. Parking avaialble at night just outside hotel. In day time full market is open thats why did not get parking.

Amazing experience.. Great service and hospitality. Very good location close to the Mall and darbar sahib. Had a great stay. Food was also good. Kids were very comfortable and the staff was very courteous and helped where ever required

Stay for 4 nights. Got a room on 3rd floor, lots of mosquitos inside the room, in the night, lift not working past 3 days. May/may not recommend others. Rest everything was ok. Breakfast was also satisfactory, very, very limited choices. (Aloo paratha/omlet, Sandwich(bread &coleslaw), curd, tea Talking about staff, following staff members were really nice, polite. 1 - Mr Ravi (Manager) 2 - Mr Sanjay Thakur 3 - Mr Ashok 4 - Mr Davinder (from OYO) And few more.

Advance booking made 15 days back. While on my way to Amritsar, even given a cal to the hotel reception informing that I'm on my way. Confirmation call also received from representative inquiring about my check in time which was also re-confirmed. Fraud happened after reaching the hotel. Hotel manager asked me to show my booking in my phone. I opened message from OYO rooms and showed it to him. He took my phone and opened OYO app and then gave my phone back saying my booking has been cancelled. I was shocked to hear that and inquired from oyo customer representatives, who informed me that the booking has been cancelled from my phone at 5:23 pm. I have repeatedly said that I have not cancelled the booking and it is very illogical that when I have already informed OYO that I'm on way my then how can I cancel my booking after reaching hotel. In fact it raised a doubt in my mind that it the hotel manager himself who must have cancelled the booking as he took my phone although he was not supposed to check my phone for booking. I gave him my phone in good faith however, he misused it and cancelled the booking. I even requested him to show CCTV footage as two CCTV cameras were just behind him, but he refused to show the same. Even after my repeated requests, OYO could not provide me with alternative accommodation as their system showing booking cancellation at our end. In view of Dussera rush, I was stranded in the middle of night without any accommodation in Amritsar as all the hotels are either booked or if available, they are overpriced due to festival time. This incident has disheartened me as traveller as I'm being harassed for no fault of mine and left with no accommodation. In view of the above Please take immediate action against hotel MM yellowwuds for blacklisting it, for cancelling my booking. You may please order immediate checking of CCTV footage before it gets tempered so that the other travellers don't get looted and harassed at this property owners mercy.

August 2016 - We planned a trip to Golden Temple followed by Wagah Border We choose this hotel from booking.com considering the price and pictures. As we reached the hotel we were made to wait for 1.5hours as the rooms were yet to cleaned, to our surprise the room we booked was already allotted to someone else so we got the room that was not our choice The Bathroom we really BAD and were smelling urine or any other public toilets The receptionist has no clue about the area close by nor can he guide you to anything in the city. The hotel is at 10min auto ride from temple and the area is pretty isolated in the evening No Food service in the hotel post 8:00 pm No Breakfast thou it was mentioned during the booking 3/10 rating to overall experience

Demo Trip I always prefer rooms with sufficiently big windows, such rooms get direct sunlight and not damp ones, so it is better to choose a similar kind of a room, I stayed at 1st floor and that was pretty decent. There is sewage problem in the hotel, mainly because it is a new facility, pretty common throughout India, in the new constructions, but the rooms are not damp. I hope the management would take care of it. However, if you have problems with sewage affected walls, you may choose a room without having this issue.
