We have booked 22 rooms in hotel & in 15 rooms furniture was broken + toilet flush was not working. In few rooms Bathroom door also broken. Service Staff was good & humble but it was totally wastage of money.

I booked multiple rooms but had same experience for most of the rooms. Bad odour, dirty linen, furniture broken, hot water working only in few rooms, flush not working in few rooms. Although the room service boys were humble, Front desk doesn't seem interested in any of our requests. So hotel is in worst condition. To add on top of that, construction of flyover is in progress just in front of hotel, so expect lot of dust and bad roads. Better stay in a small lodge, you will get more satisfaction.

Hello everybody....I would like to add my reviews about Hotel Randhawa International...I visited here in Aril 2015 and stayed there for 2 days...nd i must say they are very well located near mall and in city...spacious rooms and very friendly staff..specially the manager himself Mr Amandeep Singh nd front desk guy Mr Gurpreet who guided us about the city nd attractions in a very polite manner....i will definitely stay here again.....thanks guys....

was not at all happy with hotel rooms..... rooms were big and good but cockroaches and other insects were the last thing i wanted in and on the sheet's of my bed hotel staff was also not extraordinarily good or something, over all i dint like the stay very much hotel is far from GT and other attractions also

This is the first time I have seen a hotel property and walked out immediately, after booking my room I reached the hotel and was surprised to see the quality of room offered wherein I saw mites and lizards in the allotted room, on providing feedback to the Front office manager about the room I was shell shocked by his response that he gave me to which he told me that in the amount I am paying this would be the room offered and he could show me a better room but with a higher tariff. I mean this is not expected out of hotels which are suppose to be home out of home. All Negative for the hotel.
