The main and only plus point of this hotel is that it is situated just beside Jaliwanwala Bagh and just 5 minutes walk to the Golden Temple. But the rooms are a little old and bathrooms were shabby. Food options are very limited since they don't have a restaurant. Moreover cars/taxis are not allowed in the vicinity.Hence you have to hire a Battery car/Rickshaw seperately to go to the hotel.
Golden Temple, Jallianwalan Bagh, Mc Donald & Brother's Dhaba are on few steps to this Hotel.

I along with my kid and parents visited Amritsar and decided to stay in this hotel. We all feel very happy to stay in this hotel as everything which me & my family want to visit and enjoy were few steps away from this Hotel. Even cost was not too high to bear. Feeling happy and satisfied.
Again stayed in the same hotel

This is the third time I stayed in this hotel. The owner is so kind that himself came to pick us up at the drop location. He loaded our luggage in the auto and paid the auto driver. Haven't seen such kind of customer service ever in my life. Simply touched by the gesture.
I feel like home in this hotel.. this is the best compliment I can give to any hotel.
The staff is very instant in their work.

We arrived in Amritsar after 18 hours trip from Jaipur. We hadn't book anything before as we had never had problems with that during our traveling in India. Unfortunately it was a long weekend and almost all hotels were fully booked. After 2 hours of searching for room we found that one. They requested 2500 rupees (by far the most I had paid in India). My gf's passport was stolen in the train - they didn't want to let us check in even after I had shown official police complaint and printed copy of the paper. After 30 minutes of begging they agreed.
The room was pretty clean but SUPER noisy. Basically you didn't feel you were inside a building. The mattress was very hard.
They don't even have a room to store your luggage after checking in - even 400 rupees hotels have it. They just left our luggage at the entrance - luckily nothing happened.
I am not picky, really. But if I pay 2500 rupees I expect more comfort, silence and comprehension from staff.
I don't recommend at all. Very bad experience.
