ONE MAY THUS BOOK THISHOTEL THROUGH ANY ONE BUT AVOID CHEATER TRAVELGURU.COM. THEY CHARGED US FOR PACKAGE OF 2375 OF 2 DAYS ONE NIGHT AT SAME RATE EVEN FOR SUBSEQUENT DAY OF STAY WHILE ALL OTHER SIMILAR WEBSITE CHARGE RS.1089 FOR THAT DELUX ROOM WITH OUT EXCURSION PACKAGE.

Response of hotel staff to complaints & suggestions was slow/poor.Smoking by other hotel guests in centrally AC rooms was a serious inconvenience.Hotel staff was not very forthcoming in resolving the issue probably for fear of annoying smoker guests in other rooms.

Housekeeping was okay. Room was clean but with small cockroaches. The restaurant had musty smell so we ordered from room service or went out for dining. Room service was good & Butter Chicken, Khichdi . Laccha Paratha were excellent. It is for business travelers only, who are out the whole day & comeback for night rest. Families, please look for other options.

Though we had a short stay,we got all the comfort of a five star Hotel. The room and linen were immaculately clean and the room service highly efficient. A centrally located property which provides homely stay. The staff was always courteous and helpful. Stay has been comfortable and enjoyable.
