Its a good hotel with all new gadgets and amenities. But the privacy during 10am to 4pm due to external glass cleaning is the one which may trouble guests who is on leisure trip and want to relax. Some more addition on security like guard at swimming pool, trainer at gym is suggested.

Hotel was nice, neat and comfortable. Staff was friendly and polite. Room was nice and cozy. All this was expected as i was told its a 5 star hotel, however the bad part is staff's friendliness looked fake.Had a bad experience with the 'city tour' in their 15 seater mini bus arranged by the hotel. It was a shocker when the driver left me and my wife in the market and went back to hotel saying we were late. The time given to us was 3pm to 7pm. And he left us at 6-20pm. (As per my calculation its 40 minutes before time).Anyway, I found my way back to the hotel by taking an auto and going through the pain.After reaching the hotel I complained to the staff, they said the matter will be looked into and I'll be updated next morning however there was no communication from the hotel.I had to initiate and ask them about it later, again to my surprise the guys at the desk were not aware about the same.So after narrating it 4 times to 4 different people the manager on duty arranged a complimentary drop for me to the railway station (while chek out), however a mega cab would have charged me Rs.120/- for the same and after going through all the pain of coming back alone in an unknown city and following up 5 times with staff, only a drop was not justified. Since I had no patience and was tired I was just waiting to checkout from the hotel asap. I have stayed in better 5 stars hotels not sure if I would want to go back there! Not sure if I'll recommend it to someone! I would rate it as average any other hotel.

This is a five star hotel in Amritsar, Punjab really excellent hotel a very warm welcome in a our Punjabi traditional way saying "SAT SRI AKAL" by the durban over there, the staff is good and very nice, amenities are excellent there, view from the top is very excellent, food is also very excellent, Over all saying that's a Great hotel to enjoy your holidays, Business Meet, Conference.

Demo Trip Take a "Suite Room" on the 20th floor. Great view and worth your money!!!
