All the staff were very helpful and polite, as one would expect. The hotel was not very busy, so I don't know if this level of service would be provided if they were full or more busy.

It is an older hotel, the furniture is dated, rooms are dark and bathroom needs work....but Badami is not exactly a top ranking city and this is considered to be one of the better hotels to stay. The management is accommodating (upgraded our room to a suite), and prepared breakfast for us (as we were late in arriving). The service is OK, but nothing to write home about.

Terrible hotel. Pool unusable, full of bits of material from men reupholstering sofas in the garden! No garden furniture, so couldn't sit out. Food not good. Room clean enough, but staff unhelpful - would not take a credit card in payment. We left after one night - were due to stay for two.

The restaurant was good but they did not have hot water in Dec when I went . It was OK for one nights stay . the pool and the toilets by the pool needs cleaning . The hotel does not have a drivers room.

Our family stayed in HBC in December 2016. The rooms were clean and comfy, good value for money. Upon arrival, we wanted to change our stay from three to two nights and from one large room to two ordinary rooms, this was done without extra payment. When our daughter fell ill they were most helpful and invited an expert pediatrician who refused to take any money. We believe this speaks for itself. This place is, no doubt, the gem of Badami. One of the best parts is perhaps the location, out of the bustle of Badami.

We had stayed in the luxury suite in this hotel. Hotel is just close to the entrance of Badami and nice view of Badami rocks. The suite rooms are OK and nothing luxury about them. The breakfast and dinner were personalized as not many people were staying in the hotel even during the December.

Demo Trip They don't accept credit cards - almost always make the excuse that the machine is not working and the nearest ATM is 5 km away.
