I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times. Substandard breakfast is served cold. Serving horrible tee is regular issues. Most of the items on menu are denied. you need to "ask" for a glass of water, salt & pepper or paper napkins. Waiters are missing from dining hall most of the time. you need to call them. Tried to communicate with Hotel Manager Sri Subrata Misra. But he preferred to give no response.
