I have been going to Bandhavgarh for quite a few years now and over time have stayed at many different resorts in Tala. For the past few visits, my stay has been in Tiger's den and I must say it is right up there with the best.
The owner, Mr Gyanendra Tiwari himself is very involved is very involved in the stay and comfort of his guests, which, to say the least makes sure that service is always promt and best. I must also mention Mr. Ved Prakash, who is involved in managing the resort and safaris. He is very committed and dedicated, and a pillar of the establishment.
Overall the ambience, rooms, swimming pool and food all are also top class.
Keep up the good work team Tiger's Den

Good place to stay at bandavghad .
Well maintained Good rooms. Spacious , clean
Great bunch of staff..Very good service.
The food could be slightly better. Especially the breakfast.
Over all a good stay at the lodge
Located within the reserve area, this place is a decent mid-rung option for people wanting to get away from their busy schedules - what we call life. The cottages are spacious, if somewhat spartan. The furniture is reminiscent of "lodges" of yester years. If you are picky, I will suggest you carry your own toiletries. You have a verandah in front of your cottage to sink into a couch and sip your morning tea. And get a tingling feeling in your spine at a tiger's roar or an elephant's trumpet - like my wife and I had, one of the mornings. Sounded pretty close!
There's a fairly big conference room where you can hold business discussions and team building sessions. Can easily accommodate 50 people. Large paintings on the walls. They even have a resident painter who draws remarkably life-like portraits of tigers - fantastic brush work when it comes to the tiger's eyes or stripes. Vivid.
Good food. The usual breakfast choices and made-to-order eggs. Fresh toasts come to your table. Nice idli-vada-dosa plates. If you hold an al-fresco session next to the pool, they wll set up food tables and bring your dinner there.
Clean, clear pool. And a spa. My wife had a good relaxing massage. My masseur scrimped on the time and let me off before the scheduled time. Should have kept a timer!
If you want an evening of local folk songs and dances, there is a central place, thatched, which is appropriate. They can set up a bar and snack counter just next to it. You will of course do the "done things" - a couple of safaris into the reserve, hoping some tigers will oblige you with a photo shoot; and a "nature walk" with one of their resident naturalists.
Even if you don't manage to click a selfie with a Royal Bengal, the resort would have done its bit in giving you time to relax and rewind.
On My Second Trip to Bandhavgarh National Park I opted to stay at the Tigers Den Resort on a friends suggestion & I would like to say that I am more than pleased to have taken upon the suggestion. The easiest way to get a reservation at this resort is to get on their website and get in touch with their reservation managers on the numbers provided. I had an opportunity to speak to Ms. Sanchaita & she was really friendly & easy to get along with. Courteous & Polite she gave me whatever information I wanted about the resort along with some really good rates for my stay. She also allowed me a generous discount on the extended check out which I had requested for. Overall I had a great experience with the reservation team.
Tigers Den Resort is situated at a close proximity from the Tala Gate. At just 600 Meters, it just takes 2 to 3 minutes to reach the Tala Gate. The Resort is on the Main Road & there are a couple of General Stores located just a minute walk from the Resort if something is required or for some refreshments. Due to late travel we had to check in after midnight & Mr. Gyanendra Tiwari, the General Manager of the resort, was there to receive us at around 2 AM in the Night. I was travelling with a Couple of friends & had reserved Two Rooms. We were assigned two side by side rooms in a Villa. The resort has 2 Categories, Deluxe & Luxury. We had opted for the Deluxe Category room & were wondering what they would be providing in the Luxury Category as the Deluxe Category rooms were self sufficient with all the amenities including a Mini Refrigerator. They have 22 Deluxe Rooms in 11 Villas, each Villa having two adjacent rooms. The rooms are quite spacious & can easily accommodate a third person if required. The washroom is quite big with a shower cubicle. The rooms & the bathrooms are kept well cleaned by an efficient & well trained team. The Air Condition was working nicely and keeping us comfortable as it was very hot inside. The Bed & Bath Linen were fresh and clean as well. The Villas come with a Spacious Porch & if the weather permits one can spend some wonderful time there between the Safaris. The 12 Luxury Rooms are situated in 2 Storey Bungalow & they have a big lawn outside the bungalow for recreational & sports activities. If travelling in a family group I would suggest opting for the Luxury Rooms because of its proximity to the Lawn, the Swimming Pool, the Spa & the Library. The Luxury Rooms also comes equipped with a Mini Bar which is for use at no extra cost. I actually saw a few families with kids enjoying that whole area.
The Resort has a lot of Greenery Inside & it is very peaceful. The Resort has a Patio where people get together for the Evening Tea or Coffee after the Safaris & also has a shop offering items related to Bandhavgarh at an affordable price. The restaurant is connected with a medium sized yet a nice reception. The restaurant is quite big & spacious with a sitting capacity of almost 50 People and was kept cool even when it was 45 Degrees outside. They Organize a Buffett for all the meals & although it is not a vast spread, it is good enough for the people travelling to forests & who stay there for a long time. They have a five course meal on offer with Soups, Starters, Salads, Main course (Vegetarian & Non Vegetarian) & Desserts. The food was good to taste & everyday a different variety was on offer & they catered to our personal demands too although it was not really required after the spread they have on offer. They also pack breakfasts for people who wanted to take it along with them on the early morning safaris.
The Resort also has on offer services like Pickup & Drop from nearby Airports & Railway Stations & most importantly Safari Bookings.
The area where people board on the Safari Vehicles is very spacious & the Resort stocks the vehicle with Cold Water & Towels & on returning they provide with Lemon Water & Cold Towels which proves quite useful when it is hot.
The Team at the Resort is very Courteous, Polite & well mannered & are always there to fulfill any requirements which we have.
Overall it was a wonderful experience staying at the Tigers Den Resort. I will be looking forward to stay with them on my next visit to Bandhavgarh. I highly recommend The Tigers Den Resort to people visiting Bandhavgarh, be it a Wildlife Photography Trip or Family Trip & am sure they too will will be coming back to relive the experience of The Tigers Den Resort, Bandhavgarh.
I would specially like to Thank Ms.Sanchaita, Mr.Gyanendra Tiwari, Mr.Varun Tiwari & everyone at team Tigers Den to make my stay a memorable & a Comfortable One.
