It was a well organized property and service was quite prompt. The staff was polite and provide decent assistance. The room was comfortable but food arrangement was not so great as there was buffet on an alternative days so on another day you will have very limited option. But overall it was a desirable experience.

The staff at this property are not to be trusted especially Abhijit Sarkar the manager, when I questioned the quote online 3000 rupees and my arrival quote of 5000 rupees, i was told it was impossible to book the online quote as they don't operate in partnership with the online agency, in front of the manager I booked it online for 3000 rupees, his face showed he was trying his luck. The hotel is not clean and the staff are inconsiderate, I was woken at 9am for house keeping!

I have stayed in quite a few bed and breakfast types of lodging- Nilgiri Nest in Coimbatore and Bangalore, Asset Summit Suites in Kochi which are all around Rs 2000/ night including complimentary breakfast. So when I stayed in 12th avenue for the first time, comparison was natural. Given the location, just off 100 ft road in Indira Nagar, Rs 2500/ night is not be a bad deal. But costing less should be meaning poor service, thats what I felt after sating my first night in the Hotel. I had a late check in around 7:30 PM. The hotel staff called me earlier to confirm my checking in. The suite (#304) had a living-ding room with Dining table, kitchenette, Microwave, Fridge, Sofas. Its not very large but spacious enough for 2-3 people to relax. The bedroom has a double bed, TV, Writing table, Tea-coffee with electric kettle, bottled water, Mini Bar, Cupboards with hangars, in room dining menu, laundry and intercom facilities. The toilet had old but clean towels, round glycerin soap, shampoo and moisturizer. The toilets were clean. There was a clothing line on the shower area. Exhaust fan and geyser were working fine. Both the living room and bedroom were air-conditioned with split units. The bedroom split unit louvers were broken so the airflow could not be directed towards or away from the bed. My room (#304) was located immediately below the kitchen on 4th floor as there were huge noise of Utensils and commotions as early as 5 am in the morning. When I went to have breakfast I could figure out the location of the kitchen. The room didnt have any window looking outside the building. The only window opened to a cutout which was brightly lit throughout all night. The leaked light through the curtains were disturbance for a sound sleep. Breakfast was buffet with moderate spread of Indian veg dishes- Upma, puri Subji, vada, idli, and sambar. In Non veg had only eggs (boiled or made to order). Juice was exhausted at 9 am (breakfast time is up to 10 am) and on demanding they reluctantly gave me a glass. The staff appeared untrained and novice. My booking confirmation mail said free wifi, but at level 3 the wifi connection was not available. My booking was on the basis of direct billing to company but while checking out they asked me to settle the bill. On insisting to check their booking confirmation, they obliged. Overall, its just good for sleeping provided I get a better room on my next stay.

Property nestled just a few metres from 80 feet road, indiranagar. For Business trips in and around Indiranagar, this would be a decent stay. Rooms are decent. They have 2 conference halls, restaurant, etc,. Lot of restaurants, shopping around hotel. Food was good.

I had left a inquiry in their website, and received a call from them to make the payment. I had inquired whether 24 hour check in out option is available and they had confirm on the same. I had check in to the hotel, staff are lack coordination within their department. We need to ask the staff for basis thing like glass, coffee mug, toothpaste and etc.This hotels lack of basic necessities. All bath towel were torn or shredded shaped, breakfast was very limited to 4 dishes. while leaving for a meeting, the receptionist states that we need to check out by 12 else it will be consider as two days stay. We had shown the email confirming that 24 hours check in out. They agreed. We had ordered fish finger with tartar sauce as starter. When we asked for the sauce, the room service stated that they are tartar sauce is not there. we had walked to the nearest restaurant to complete the dinner.

Decent place, Neat , Good food & service, Friendly & cooperative staff, Was on a business trip, Grey Areas - Buffet breakfast lacks variety, Cable TV was a major Issue & setback , they should Install a decent DTH service & not the cable STB. Housekeeping should ideally be checked which is missing, common items are not replinshed and have to be asked for daily, Room Service food is ok , Overall a decent place and location is great, Stayed for 8 days.
