Booked room through online and went to the hotel, receiving of the staff is good and their hospitality is fine. Rooms are spacious and neat with good lighting. I stayed here for one day. Food is good for what we paying,provided wifi. Everything is good about this hotel and nice stay.

This hotel is located at Gandhinagar, 3rd Cross, a busy street and we had stayed in this hotel for two days and a night on 30/31st Jan, 2015 in Room no. 107. I was travelling with my husband and a two year old son. The first impression, when we got down from the cab itself was dissatisfactory. There was no security to help us with the bag. Then, I had to walk up to the reception and I was told that a boy will be sent in 5 mins. Till then, our suit cases were lying along the busy roadside. Later, we realised that the hotel had only two boys - all-in-one- house-keeping, room service etc. We had booked a Delux A/c room, but we have a doubt that the room allotted to us was not Delux A/c. Amenities - We had booked the hotel thru' makemytrip.com and the hotel amenities mentioned included mineral water, newspaper, geyzer in room etc. However, no mineral water was provided, and when we asked for one, we were asked to pay for it. No newspaper and there was no geyzer in the room. It is mentioned 24x7 hot/cold water, but we had to ask the reception and then, they switched on the central geyzer for about 10 mins. When we entered the room, the TV was not working properly. After repeated calls, then they replaced the TV. Cleanliness - Room, bed and linen and the bathroom were decent. However, the walls were not kept clean. Food - Our booking included complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was ok, not bad. However, the table linen did not seem to be fresh. Overall, I would say the service was very bad....not enough room boys....no one attends calls at the reception...I would not stay in this hotel again.. I would not stay in this hotel again....

Hotel at a center location hence best suited for business travellers . Have no restaruant of there own but their room service is good.Opposite we have kamat hence food is not a problem. It is a old hotel but they are maintaining it clean.

I have stayed at this hotel about 6 times now. I always had good service, they always gave me a good deal on price, they know how to trust me as a return guest, and I just find the hotel reliable and well located. Everything you need is at its door. Their Driver is a perfect gentleman too I own Angel Tours in Rome Florence and Venice and trust me I know hotels, this place wont let you down. Nice place. Calm & Conveniently located. The breakfast provided was good. Were kind enough to accommodate small requests. Might at first give you a look of discomfort if you have booked thru a portal.
