Booked thru online based on area and 3 star category with economical price range for a family event. Centrally located but overall rating is below average. Don't opt if you are looking for standard 3 star comfort. Restaurant seems very expensive compare to its range of food, service and quality. If it is for a temp halt for meetings, this is economical as a transit place. People who looks for luxury/comfort, this is not your option.

Dear friends, I'm my career never experienced such a bad hospitality from the receptionist...that gentleman name bhagwan ( I posted his pic ) who is irrogant, rude and cultureless behaviour...he was speaking like his own property...I don't know how he selected as receptionist... Incident happened on 15th September...I reached 7.00 am to hotel premises...I requested receptionist a room...he directly told to wait till 12 pm...wait 5 hrs in lobby...I requested him n said I got emergency meeting at 10 am pls try to do early check in and next day 6 am I will do check out...I even said in bangalore city if room available they do early check in by request...he replied our hotel is different from other bangalore hotel, we never ever give check in before 12 noon...he directly told no single room vacant n property is full..u sit and wait...I requested atleast at 9 am so that I will reach meeting at 10 am but he said never u will get before 12 8 am new reception boy had come and he told him clearly don't give room to that fellow...he obeyed him n said same answer but polite way...he too said not a single room available...same moment one couple had come for check in and he allocated the receptionist realized I will create problem then he allocated room to me at 8.30 am...such a worst experience...I request management to remove bhagwan or else u will loose many genuine's my humble request...even today check out time he was fully with his attitude...if management don't take action then this message will circulate in social media...such a reputed hotel will lose charm through one receptionist... Teach your receptionist manners and hospitality... Highly not recommended...completely avoid this hotel...

This seems like a very old property and when you look at the hotels around (eg. Goldfinch), you feel hopelessly miserable. The hotel is pretty reasonable, but NOT at all up to the mark. Food was pretty average and the room was very very ordinary. Don't expect much from this place if you do visit. The free WiFi will keep disconnecting so makes no sense connecting to it.

have stayed here and hosted a small meeting ..location is good and staff is cooperative . rooms look little old and need renovation but at the price it is available on websites ,it is not bad and people know the location ... so overall , an average hotel

Checked in with a group of colleagues in late March 2016. The reservation was done through a 3rd party. By the time we reached the hotel it was well past mid night and the doorman was fast asleep. However, once woken by us the staff came trudging along and did their best. My room was ok except for the bathroom. The bath tub had stains in it and what was supposed to be the hot water tap, once opened, spewed out a rusty brownish column of water. The containers of complementary shampoos were of poor quality after having being re-used over and over. The outside view of the hotel from the balcony was a big garbage dump and it was a laughable view from a so called a tourist hotel.What annoyed me most was the poor quality breakfast served to us with watery looking Indian dishes. As Sri Lankans, we were not used to these type of Indian food and had to subsist on just bread and butter. Upon inquiry, we were told that even eggs for breakfast was not in the menu! Almost all guests in our tour group were highly annoyed with the standards maintained by the hotel.We then realized that though the hotel carries the name "International" this is just another relatively cheap poor quality Indian joint. Moreover, we were not a group of budget tourists and was expecting a reasonable standard from the hotel for a competitive price. However, from the amount charged from us (we were even prepared to pay more), it was clear that the hotel was not maintaining its standards on par with their rates except for some of the rooms and the guest / dining hall area. Within 24 hours we all checked out from the hotel after notifying our displeasure to the staff (they understood but appeared helpless), and checked in to another near by hotel.
