This is a kind of shady place run by small time business operator. Apparently it is catering to NE clientele only (judging by the other occupants). Room Quality is so so - as only basic amenities like bed and hot water supply exist. TV gives free to air channels with poor quality snowy pictures and noise. It is definetely a poor quality for business travellers. Bed and Breakfast - breakfast is supplied in packed form from nearby restaurants (source and quality is not known). Room is not cleaned inspite of requests - multi-day stay is not advisable. Place is general is a bit cramped up. The claim that internet is available at rooms is wrong - it is available in lobby as per claim of front desk. I could not check the validity nor quality during my brief interrupted stay. For directions to reach hotel you need to have Kannada speaking driver. VERY NEGATIVE MARKS: 1. If on business and need to make urgent cancellation - the management and travelguru will cite terms and conditions and not allow cancellation while in hotel. You can loose your entire money on this. Its not worth the booking when you may have to cancel it for any emergency. I dint get any refund when I short- terminated my stay by over one day (and I expected the refund) as a government servant - my auditor will anyway catch me for this) Hotel staff didnt comply even after several requests. Worst case is they fudged the records (of departure) at time of signing in - which I had to correct later. Add they didnt give a bill of stay - stating company policy. Hence beware of the shady hotel management - who are possibly evading taxes by not giving bills for the services to customer.

It's worst hotel. Rats in the ceiling. Guys my kind request don't that hotel & travel guru please remove the hotel from your list. I don't sleep because continues rats are roaming making to much noise. Very bad smell in the hotel. Not worth full.

The room they provided me earlier was disgusting. It was very small, the TV was not working, also the bathroom was untidy. On complaining the management did change our room but it took them 45 minutes to do so. Moreover this room was in a bad condition too. There was a big hole in the roof of the bathroom. We didn't try the food here. We don't recommend this property to anyone.

I am completely dissatisfied with stay here. The service here was pathetic. They didn't even provide me the basic amenities. This is not a standard place to stay at.

I have booked for queens suite. But to our shock It was the worst room, forget the suite it turned out to be a double room with the floor having no staircase lights & corridor lights. Foul smell coming out in the corridors. The floor had no other guest. The AC not working. The coffee maker without cups & sachets. The bathroom door creaking. It cannot be even 1* as 3* and this kind of horrible hotel. Overall it was a harrowing experience.

Good hotel with nice restaurant. Locality is nice and many things to see nearby. Rooms are good .Booked the room online and got a really good deal too for the facilities they offer . Overall the hotel is really good 4/5.

Stayed for 2 weeks and would have been happy to stay longer. The staff who is so friendly and outgoing, made us feel so welcome and even though we're from a different continent we felt at home. The food was excellent. As it has the restaurant MAIN LAND CHINA. Our room was comfortable . It was a pleasure to be able to walk from the hotel to good restaurants and shops. At a very reasonable rate . A nice budget hotel.

Location - Very good Night staff - 'Bihari' doesn't know the area, not helpful. Housekeeping is a serious issue. Room cleanliness very poor. I had to change the room. Second room was little better, but still below expectation. Room TV is showing very few local channels. Restaurant is 'Mainland China' serving only chinese food, no Indian cuisine. Not suitable for a comfortable family stay, may be okay for short, solo or bachelor trip.

Stayed at this hotel during cousin marriage as it was group booking done by someone. In most rooms tv does not work or ac is non functional got changed to different room here again fan was not working. Beds are small, bathroom shower water was leaking ,cupboard had no hanger provision. Asked reception if I could get coffee at 6 morning answer was flat no as milk does not come at that time. If you have choice avoid this place.

Hi, this is very nice place if you are travelling solo for business or seminar type of visit. It is located in Jayanagar and is good hotel with basic amenities. One should book through gostays or Oyo rooms to get better prices of same room and same services. The hotel does not have its own restaurant, but they arrange food from outside. But they dont provide wifi internet (although they claim). When you visit, they claim that it has gone wrong only a couple of days back. If you see the reviews, then one can find out that wifi internet was never working from long time. There is wifi internet only in reception area.There were minor problems with sanitary as well. But over all it was a comfortable stay.

Demo Trip Don't stay in this hotel, but if you have no other choice, ask for 303. It has a large window, and so is very bright. There's a huge tree outside the window, so you wake up to greenery.
