I stayed at the hotel for three weeks on training and I must say, this is one of the best hotels i have stayed at. The staff was extremely helpful and were always eager to help. I have never been pampered so! Poozan, my Mcafe hostess was a charming young lady who went out of her way to help us when needed. All in all a big shoutout to the entire staff for making my stay memorable! Thanks a million you guys. Great work! keep it up!

The rooms are well done, very nice. The staff is very attentive and always wanting to know if they can do more. I've stayed there before. Now they know me by sight and greet me by name as I come in the front door, when arriving at the restaurants which, by the way, serve excellent food. I used the spa this last trip and had a deep tissue massage to recover from a long trip. Kim did a fantastic job kneading out the knots. The room was kept very clean by raja who also made sure that I had extra bottles of water in the room and always seemed to appear within 2 minutes when I called to have my laundry collected. I used the concierge lounge several times. By the third visit, they would automatically start making my peppermint tea. I had the same sort of experience at breakfast. My tea with milk would automatically appear without me having to ask. The staff knew where I like to sit and that I like to have an omelette. Next trip, I plan to use the exercise facilities which look quite good and I think I'll try the pool which looked quite nice from my room. I highly recommend the hotel if you happen to be in the area.

I had most delightful two weeks staying at the Mariott Whitefield. I cannot find the right words to describe the wonderful and superlative service that I, my team from GE as well as all other guests that I had the opportunity to observe received at this hotel. The chefs and servers at all the restaurants - and I must name names here - Chefs Sanjay, Umesh, Mahesh and Sandeep as well as some of the servers who looked after me like Mohan and Harish from M Cafe - were always so attentive to details and always looking for ways to making our experience a memorable one. My friend and colleague Clinton, who was on his first trip overseas trip outside the US, was treated to customized Indian breakfasts and meals by Chef Umesh every single day and could not but rave about the meals. He has come back now quite the world traveller. Chef Sanjay and Mahesh - a big thank you from me personally, I enjoyed meeting you everyday and all the personalized attention that I got from you. Being Indian and a foodie, I thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurants - the flip side being that I must have gained a half pound or more each day because of over indulging. Every single one of the employees, from the front desk (Utsav and his staff) to my house-keeping (Satya), always had a smile and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel was swank and the facilities / security were excellent. I must commend the management of this hotel for doing something very right and that many managements find hard to do - that is keeping their employees happy and motivated. Despite what seemed to me to be long hours (Chef Sanjay used to greet me at breakfast and then at late dinner hours), all Mariott Whitefield employees were always happy, cheerful and motivated to go the extra mile. While I have stayed at other Mariotts in the US and the service has always been good, Mariott Whitefield is definitely at a completely different and higher level. I will eagerly look forward to returning and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore.

I stay in this Marriott for almost 20days and I really feel comfortable, ok the laundry service is not the best but all the rest from the food to the service was really good.. I really like your pool but can be better if the water was not cold like ice..

Overall stay was excellent. Continue to go to this place as they maintain their excellent standards. Specific mention of a person - Priti who works during Breakfast, taking care of the guests. She has attention to details, genuine, hard working and knows how to not only meet expectations but how to delight customers by looking pro-actively what they would need during breakfast. Was impressed with that and most memorable thing during my 5 day business visit. Thanks
