Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great variety of options to start the day right. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from Maittri’she was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always had a warm smile. Her dedication truly made my visit even more enjoyable. The location is also a major plus’being so close to the airport made my travel experience seamless. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and outstanding service. Will definitely return!

Exceptional Experience at Click hotel vista! I recently stayed at Click hotel vista and was blown away by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The hotel's elegant ambiance, beautifully appointed rooms, and top-notch facilities made for a truly unforgettable experience. What truly sets Click hotel vista apart, however, is the staff's genuine warmth and dedication to ensuring every guest feels valued.

We don't have any negative comment for this hotel. The hospitality and help of people that work there is on next level. Just for a reference: they helped us to connect with Uber driver where we lost the phone because we couldn't get in touch with him.

Things are different @ Click, perhaps so different that you better avoid. If you love to fight for your rights ’ please try this. I booked 2 rooms in this hotel considering the rave reviews online and its vicinity to the airport. However, I was appalled by the poor quality of service and lack of resources at this hotel. Definitely would not recommend anyone to book this unless you really want to hustle for all basic stuff that you take for granted at any good enough hotel. Here is a list covering our struggles at this hotel : 1. Bed size : The online listings mention King size bed ’ seeing this i booked the room for 2 adults and 1 kid. But our room had the Queen size bed. When we asked the staff to look into this - he replied ’Please adjust’. I almost have to shout to get an extra mattress in the room. 2. Food order at room : we ordered hakka noodles for our kid (4 yr old) and clearly instructed the staff to not add any spices. Guess what - they added green chili sauce. I called the help desk and the person says no we haven’t added chilli; I responded saying that he is welcome to come here and taste the same. The guy said okay I’ll come. Anyway we fought for our replacement and earned it. 3. Second key : Since my wife and kid were sharing in the room, I requested for a second key at the reception. The guy at reception says they don’t keep extra keys. When I insisted, he showed me the drawer with only one key ’ Appaling levels of lean ops. 4. Extra water bottles : 2 glass bottles of 1L each are provided. I asked for a couple of extra bottles, the service desk says they don’t have bottles!! He offered refills ’ but can’t provide 2 extra bottles. 5. Car park : Non existent .. in front of an under construction pit. If you want to shower extra dirt on your car, please book click. 6. Payments for room orders: The girl from reception desk called on day 2 of our stay regarding the bills for day 1 while I was staying at the hotel. I was busy with some stuff, so i offered to pay at check out. The girl at the reception did a WhatsApp call to my mobile and asked me to pay through UPI scanner immediately. I sternly told her this doesn’t work and I’ll pay at the checkout. But later on in the evening they kept on calling at the room out in the lobby. There are many other things which were quite sub par .. such as bathroom fittings, lack of shower curtains, No window view whatsoever, frequent power cuts, non functional wifi and so many other things ’ better to avoid at all costs.

We checked in today and till now I had a great experience with this hotel chain. There was a staff name Ms Sathi who made us comfortable through our dine. Really thankful to her for her service.
