I stay at this place fairly frequently & its always a great experience especially with the Hotel staff. Thanks to the Chef Aniket, Brento for the great customized preparations Anil Sisir & Avinash for special attention. Special thanks to Vinayak for making rooms available matching to my irregular unexpected requests .....almost everytime. Thanks once again for the wonderful experience. All the best & keep it up.. The hotel had excellent service staff who were very friendly and cordial. We had a great time at the hotel and Kava Restaurant The rooms were very clean and tidy. The rooms were also spacious and nice Hotel is very close to the Bangalore Railway station and main bus stand. However the bustle of the city is not much around the hotel. We liked the roof top pool as we spent time in the morning with no other guest around which was a surprise :) The ambiance of the hotel was great, the staff were very friendly. We surely would like to come back and stay again. Only feedback I have - would appreciate if they keep small nibbles like healthy fruits or maybe biscuits in the room for a small snack instead of ordering from the restaurant.

Amazing and superb service! We have been staying only at Marriott hotels for almost the last 20 years and this Marriott stands out in customer service and cleanliness among all the properties we have visited.Hard to imagine this is a Fairfield Inn. We were there with family for a night and had booked 2 rooms with rewards points.You could feel the difference the moment you walked in,I am not so good with names but the gentleman at the front desk was extremely nice and explained everything to us in detail.Also offered an upgrade on one of our rooms..A special mention to Ms.Devyani Roy who took the time to accompany us to our rooms and made sure everything was good.Rooms were nice and clean.Thank you! We had our dinner and breakfast at Kava restaurant,We were served by Mr.Lalit on both occasions even though we opted for the buffet.Nice service with a smile.We also had the opportunity to meet Mr.Aibeesh,one of the chefs.He was extremely nice and recommended to try certain dishes.He also offered to make a traditional Kerala dish for our breakfast.Thank you for the refreshing tender coconut water you served us during our breakfast.We enjoyed it a lot.A special mention to all the employees at the restaurant and both the Managers.All of them were doing everything above and beyond to make sure all the guests were attended and served properly.The Managers came to us on both times to check whether we needed anything else. Overall,we had a wonderful staying experience at this hotel.I would definitely recommend this hotel for the outstanding service.My family including my daughters only had excellent things to talk about this property. Thank you to each and everyone at Fairfield Inn,Rajaji Nagar for making our stay a memorable one.It is not the property but the people who make the difference!Will definitely stay there if we come to Bengalaru.

excellent stay with Great Food and cheerful staff who leave no stone unturned to make the stay memorable, special mention of 3 staff members Chef HAFIJUL, LALIT, CHAKRIDHAR and Housekeeping Boy ANIL who too care personally and made me feel absolutely Special and also the TIP TOP rooms with total Hygiene and Fresh always feel in the Toilets, overall a Outstanding Hotel and staff make this Hotel THE BEST among the best!!! Cheers Fair field Marriott!!!

Original Plan to stay was for one week and we decided to continue for another month here irrespective the distance travelled 90 Km to our client daily . Really felt at home Great Hospitality and excellent food @ Kava restaurent Highly Impressive service by dedicated staff namely Cheff Sudheer,Aibeesh ,Sajith Lalit Ranadheer,Raju Elisha..... Nice and helpful staff made every day pleasant during our stay Except the availability of Gym equipment rest was really amazing
