Website Misleading Website Misleading

Booked a premium room as per their website pictures showed fantastic rooms, however on arrival the rooms were absolutely horrible. No backup power, nasty sheets, and the apartment just smelled like old sweaty men. Come to find out the rooms shown were of their luxury apartments. We decided to shift and pay the extra amount. Also keep note if you buy wifi it's only for 1 device only and they don't even inform . Definitely better places in the city and won't be coming back here again.

Very close to leela palace hotel . We stayed here because we had out meeting there. This fountain residency is situated in diamond district. We had taken the luxury delux apartment 3BHK. Dint see the name fountain residency anywhere though. It was IBC everywhere. We had breakfast included in our package. Good food. 24 hours room service which was well attended.

They are not trust worthy , pls contact directly with IBC in diamond district , they take the cash in the beginning and then they change their rules , we are so depressed with their service at the desk especially . Pls verify properly and go for this .
