pros: clean room, clean bathroom,polite front desk cons:mosquitoes, tv had only one Kannada channel, neighborhood not very safe at night Conclusion: For this hotel rate it is great value for money. For low-budget travelers, ideal option!

It is in cottonpet. Not easily discoverable to new people n around 1.5km from majestic. -ves: small rooms Location not easily detectable Old quality tvs Toilets are just average Heavily crowded area may not be good for families. +ves: cheap hoetel OK for a day work in Bangalore

Very difficult to find the hotel. I was searching for more than 30 mnts, even autowala dont know the location. Inside it was ok for quick travellers , but outside very much horrible. Located inside a small street. I didnt get hotwater even after wasting three buckets.

How can I express feeling about my stay at Golden Guest House... ummmm... It is a terrible hotel... I mean the location is extremely bad... It is not on a road... actually in a dirty bye bye bye lane... And the feeling came to my mind after first seeing this hotel was... Oh my god... what I have done, I have to stay here for one long night??? The rooms are small... no... actually tiny... They gave no towel, soap... there was no pillow cover also at first... the bathroom was simply bad... have found no hot water there... There was also problem with drinking water... they don't have (at least at that night) any RO, UV facility... People of the nearby rooms were also not up-to-the mark... Actually the hotel felt unsafe to me... Only plus points were... It was cheap and room service was okay...

I was surprised to find an Alcove instead of a room and greatly astonished to see the 3x3x6 feet bathroom cum toilet. Oh god. They didn't even provided tissues or soap. Please don't cheat people with fake images. There is not even a scintilla of resemblance to the images shown in your website. The 5 hours I spent there it's like I don't want it to happen to me ever again.

The moment i dropped nearby to this hotel,, i was shocked..The hotel is surrounded by garbage..I have to cross the garbage to get into hotel.. U mentioned that 24 hrs check in was there.. When i went,,the golden guest house was closed...I waited for 1 hour so that someone will open and i will try to stay there, even though i was not happy...I waited since morning 6;30 am to 7;30 am..But the hotel was not at all i went to nearby other hotel...which was far better than this kind of hotel.. This golden guest house is the worst hotel,,which i have ever faced throughout my life.. and your service is more than worst.....i tried to call one attended it...will never ever try your service..Previously i tried Stayzilla for booking hotels...which was very good when compared to your were nowhere to that kind of service..How could you take that kind of hotels for your customers ?I tried to cancel booking..that was also not possible through your stupid app..i was not interested top write this kind of harsh review..but u should know this....
