I stayed only one day for official visit. It's a nice hotel, Located in the heart of the city from KSRTC bus stand only 700 meter .convenient to walk and find the hotel near Near Movie Land Theater. Hotel is very clean.This is a great place to stay

I had visited this hotel prior to getting relocated to Bangalore. Had stayed here for 4 days the location is quite convenient, close to Majestic and Anand Rao Circle; which is very good especially for some like me who has a roaming job profile and needs to stay near local transport depot's. The Hotel was undergoing some renovation work for the lobby which as such wasn't much of an issue. Staff and the room service people were quite well mannered though they dint provide everything like plates and bowls when we asked. During morning the menu for breakfast for either idli wada or masala dosa which honestly I was bored of by the 2nd day. Coffee and tea were served as mild hot which wasn't much appealing in the cold climate of Bangalore. Apart from this the hot water, AC, Wifi and other services were perfect! I could have a nice long steam shower even in late night or early morning. Rooms were spacious and well managed, comfortable and quite airy when we opened the windows. Would surely recommend it to my colleagues or friends.

Good and well furnished rooms .. Rooms big and affordable ..We really Thank you for your service ..Almost all the main tourist locations are near to the hotel And the location is verry near to the Banglore main city

Visited this hotel in May'15. Rooms are good. Rooms without AC have good ventilation. Though rooms with AC seemed to be retro type. Staff is polite. 24 hrs service is available, but is a bit slow. No bed bugs as mentioned in some other reviews. The best thing is its Location, which is in the center of banglore (Locality's name - Majestic) Cleanliness 9/10 Lift is available for those who aren't able to use stairs. The only con we experienced was that water wasn't available in the tap on the morning of my exam (as the water tank turned out to be empty), it took 30 mins to fix it which got me late. Also free wifi is available only in the hotel lobby. Signals are too weak to be used in the rooms.

Couldnt sleep a wink on the day of arrival due to some construction work outside. Requested for a change of room; A request they never even responded to. The main issue with the hotel are the untrained receptionists. No matter what you call and ask them, they say they'll fix it and NEVER get back to you. You have to keep calling them. Wasnt able to good sleep at night coz of bed bugs. This was the worst experience about the stay. Called them to change the room and as usual they said okay and didnt respond. After an hour or two, called back to hear them say they ll shift us to a new room in two minutes. Again....nothing happened. So (as usual) my husband called again and they said they said they don't have any rooms available. So our sleep was ruined and we had an exam the next day. Hotel LOOKS clean but as per my opinion no hotel with bed bugs is in reality a clean one.
