There aren't enough nice words in the dictionary to be said about the staff at Havilla Suraj. They anticipated our every need. The management does regular site visits to ensure maintenance of every property. Management and staff have a one on one relationship with every visitor. During my stay at Havilla Suraj I was pregnant with my first child, the staff was always there to assist me with any special needs (such as carrying heavy grocerries to the apartment, delivering my dry cleaning to the cleaners, even running short errands). I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a long or short term stay in Bangalore. We stayed in Havila Suraj for 3 months and had not 1 thing to complain about.

A very very bad experience. Awfull place to stay in. The staff is poor. Only 2 guys maintaining the whole set up right from cooking, cleaning the rooms, toilets, room service. An unorganised place to stay in. The owner is just not bothered what's happening. Very poor service. Half of the time there is no water and electricity. But they charge rates like any other five star hotel. I would personally recommend never to stay here. An absolute NO to this place!!
