This is one of the best holiday inn I've ever visited. Beautifully designed, rooms are vey artistic, ambiance is very fine, and the staff is very warmly. Food is good, their hospitality is great. Its very near to the offices in Whitefields. But very well located at a quite and nice location. No traffic noise in the rooms.

The service and floor hotel staff were very good. Young lady on restaurant floor was exceptionally good. The let down is from the reservation and accounts team. The hotel over charged me may be due to cross wire. This was communicated back to the hotel on next day. The refund still has to be processed by nearly mid Feb for one excuse or another. The reservation team does not respond or acknowledge the emails.

All staff at his hotel were fantastic. General manager, Bhawna Verma, and duty manager, Tahira were especially accomodating in solving any issues I had. I(n addition to a great front desk staff, the restaurant staff also went out of their way to make sure I was well-looked after. I look forward to returning.

My experince here after a lot during travelling ; when you arrive you will see Mr.Asif and his team will be waiting for you very kindly.They will be waiting your arrival. The entrance is very pretty with the birds songs. In the evening or breakfast when you go for meal another smiling face there ..it will write Pratigyan on her tag..when entering the restaurant delicious meals there.But you have take care for your weight ;)) if you give anything to loundry , you will see the l can say the best cleaning in the world..your clothes will be like you buy it from the shop..in a new package as well.. enjoy your holiday here in HOLIDAY INN Bangalore.. It was not a planned holiday. Every thing came together after we booked our tickets. On arriving in Mumbai in the early hours of the 23rd December we decided to book a flight to Bangalore. We went online and also booked the Holiday inn and suites Whitefield Bangelore. The management and staff provided excellent service. The food was the best I had in India compared to other places that we visited. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. The one waiter that stood out was Arjen - glance in his direction, lead him running to your table. He has a wealth of knowledge on what the ingredients are of the food that was prepared and presented. He always insisted that you try something new each day. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if we should visit Bangalore.

Demo Trip When on business trip I usually work long hours and my expectation from the hotel are high. This hotel met & exceeded my expectation. The hospitality & personal care of the staff is something to highlight during my last 2-weeks business trip. From the last employee to the hotel vice manager, everybody cared to make my stay as perfect as possible. I was in this facility 4 times before and this is the 1st visit since holiday inn took in-charge. The rooms are big, well equipped and always very clean, the king size bed is comfortable and cozy. The room has good Wi-Fi. Breakfast has good variety of options that slightly changes from day to day. Dinner (tried twice) also have good but fix variety. The waiters always helped out with special requests I made from time to time and when I left very early in the morning for sightseeing tour during the weekend I was provided with very nice take-away breakfast. In the few times that I had maintenance issue in the room the fix was done quickly and when I needed overnight laundry the hotel staff was there to support my request. The hotel isn't located in the center of the business or shopping area but the free of charge driving services to and from every location cover for that.

Demo Trip Great free wifi - so thankful for that as Whitefield is a bit isolated so staying in is likely - however , there is a local theatre which also has a good bistro attached to it - about 10 mins down the road.
